After giving me a new roof, we had a very difficult problem. In the end Devon worked very, very hard over several weeks to fix the problem, drywall and paint the area. Looks like new. And Richard is definitely the nicest and most professional employee they could ever have.

We had a new roof put in , by Kyko, in FebMarch of 2019. After the first good rainfall, we had a major leak that flooded the kitchen. After several phone calls and several visits by employees, they mistake was discovered.
Now some 7 months later, after a good rainfall, we have a catastrophic leak, in the same place as the last one. We are about to lose an entire kitchen. This would include stove top, oven, MW all the cabinets and an entire wall of drywall (30x20 ft).
A mistake of this size should NEVER of happened, we now are in limbo waiting for a KYKO employee to show up.
I thought we picked a good company, that would get the job done right the first time. I was wrong.
Now after 2 leaks and 2 times at fixing this problem, what are we to post??
I can not advise any person to use this company!!
Yes, there is still an opportunity for this issue to be fixed for good but I lack the trust in getting it done

My landlord chose this company, to repair our roof. Long story short, they left the day of the storm, 7/30/18, and did not protect the roof. The inside of building got destroyed, as well as over $18,000 of damage to personal property....so far no returned calls from the company, and not getting any luck contacting them through landlord either.

Roof repair was completed as quoted. Repair was completed in a professional manner and installer was quick to identify what needed to be done and had the proper supplies and tools to complete task. Before and after pictures helped demonstrate completion of repair.

Since I was not available for final completion of repair I was unable to verify if 4 tiles that had cracks were repaired or replaced. I had discussed this during the quote process. Since there was a cement grout before the repair if that needed to be done again.

From start to finish, Patterson Roofing did a great job. Fair and complete quote, finished the job at the time they said they would be done and installed very well. They did a great job with clean up also. I would refer them to anyone.

I had a very good experience with Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling after last month's rains. They were the first to come and evaluate the leak and give an estimate for repairs. The price was reasonable and the job, a combination of tile replacement and flat roof repair, was done quickly and efficiently. First I have to say its always a challenge to find a good, honest company and good pricing. After a few quotes from other companies and finally reaching out to Hardacker roofing I realized they are one of the good ones out there. They exceeded my expectations based on the quality of their work, price, follow up and scheduling to complete the job. They held to the price from their original estimate. I also understand that things could have come up during the new install that could have changed that but not in this case. They identified faulty work on the original install and put down a great new roof on my garage quickly and efficiently repairing only what was needed. They were polite and professional and even helped with a concern on another part of the roof which ended up being just a shifted tile and was quick to fix. I recently purchased a home and the previous owner used Stapleton to install a new roof in 2016. The roof had a warranty, and I started seeing some moisture in one of the bedrooms so I called them out to look at it. Unfortunately the warranty hadn't been transferred properly, they require an inspection to ensure that nothing had been done on the roof that might effect the warranty before they transfer to the new owner. Pat was super helpful and took a look at the roof, turned out I had a stucco crack around one of my scuppers. The rest of the roof looks great, hadn't had a chance to see it myself until now, much better than the roof on my previous flat roof home. He transferred the warranty and was very helpful, I'd recommend you give Stapleton a call if you need help with your roof.

If you are looking for a metal roof these are the guys - this is ALL they do. Had a great experience with the salesman Alex, field rep Jim and office staff Lori. Our roof was in bad shape and while Vertex couldn't get to our house immediately, they did tarp our roof pending the install. The crew removed the old shingle roof and did a great clean-up job. The metal roof was installed professionally and long before promised. Our home looks better, has increased in value and we couldn't be happier!
