Had some roof damage during monsoon season. Called TSM and they were very fast. Dustin Denmark showed up on time and was able to complete job right away. I would highly recommend Dustin and TSM for any of your roofing needs.

My mother, Marge Wilson has used them for the last 15/20 years and she is thrilled with them. She is 86 and they treat her like a queen. If she has a problem, she has no problem getting a hold of them, and they come out quickly. She just recently called them, they came out, fixed the problem promptly and professionally. Can't ask for anything more than that. Great job guys!

Highly Recommend! Brown roofing, they took care of my entire roof replacement in a timly fasion even with all the monsoons lately. Without me even being in town! I came home from a business trip and boom my roof was replaced! i was a bit worried that I had to be out of state while the job was being done. But this team took care of everything. they showed up on time and answered all my questions. that alone made me feel comfortable and cofident going into the next monsoon season with a strong new resiliant roof! and it was such an easy process with them. I picked my roof color online or they gave me the option to go look at the show room I can easily say my curb apeal trippled with how good my roof looks now. Great service! We just used Ky-Ko to do some repairs to our roof after a pretty bad storm. They were responsive on getting us a quote. Quote was reasonable (we received other quotes too), the crew turned up when they said they would and were quite efficient on getting the job done. Cleaned up the area when they were done. Thomas was a great crew chief as were everyone else I talked with.

Great company! The workers are awesome, efficient & kind. The project manager was very communicative and made sure we always knew what was going on. They cleaned up effectively after themselves each day. Very respectable company! Not to mention the roof looks amazing! I would recommend this company to everyone.

Cons:
The estimator was 4 hours late.
The paper estimate didn't come until I harassed them for a copy.
The repair was rescheduled twice. (Emergencies kept bumping my appointment even though I was scheduled?)
The repair guys laid in the middle of my driveway while they waited for more parts to be delivered.
There wasn't any communication at all from the business's end. I only found out of the rescheduling, payment options, estimate copies, etc because I called each time. (No proactive measures were taken)
I was talking to my S/O and used the phrase I feel like I'm begging them to take my money & do the work...

Pros:
The price. They came in well under-budget and blew away four other estimates, once by well over a grand.
The repairs were done quickly and efficiently.
Invoice/payment was all online and simple to complete.
Electronic/PDF documents (estimate and receipt) via email.
I assume that the quality is pretty good (there are no more birds on my roof, there aren't any leaks and the plywood looks new).
No dust, debris or mess was left - it was all cleaned up as promised.

Overall:
If you have the time and energy to be your own advocate with this company, I say go for it. If you're out of town or unable to manage the procedural aspect that will be required of you to actually start the process, I'd recommend checking a few other places out.

This company gave us a fair price to fix several tiles on our roof. They were professional and timely and did a quality job in repairing the damages.

During one of this years storms, we noticed that one of our roof tiles on the corner of our house had fallen off. We contacted Almeida based on the number of positive reviews. This proved to be a very costly mistake.

On the day that the estimator arrived, it was pouring down rain so he was unable to actually get on our roof at all. He looked at the spot where the missing tile was, and put up his ladder to try and see if there was any other damage without actually getting on the roof. He stated that since he was not able to actually get on our roof to assess the damage, he would add extra tiles and materials to our quote incase they are needed, since materials were in short supply. With the extra materials he added, it came to $650 with the understanding that this was only a guesstimate. He advised us that when the tech arrived to do the work and could actually get on the roof, he would assess what actually needed replaced and would adjust the quote accordingly.

When the tech arrived, he knocked on the door to tell me they were getting started, and then informed me when they were finished and leaving. He was here for approximately 35 minutes. When I received the final bill, it was the exact same estimate, from the person who couldn't even get on our roof to do an inspection.

We called Almeida since this was concerning. We asked for details on what was actually repaired, which they stated they only fixed what was on the original estimate. We tried to explain the the original estimate was only a guesstimate since he could not even get on our roof to do an inspection. We never received any pictures, or details about what was actually replaced. The only tile we actually saw that was broken, was one tile on the corner of our house.

We were never able to receive ANY details on what was actually fixed for our $650, other than the single tile that was broken. I also now have to hire and pay a completely separate roofing company to assess if there is any remaining damage, and to double check what was actually done by Almeida.

I have worked with Castile Roofing twice. Both times required me to provide oversight. When the incorrect color was installed, I had to call and they replaced the roof. When they left my bare roof uncovered during a rainstorm, I had to call for them to put up a tarp. When the interior of my house was damaged from the rain, I had to demand that they help.

They have now made efforts to get me squared away. The new roof looks good and hopefully every thing works out.

I cannot think these guys enough for helping me out with what I need it last minute a storm hit my roof and took down 20 tiles and they were so efficient and so fast so organized I am so happy to use them And I will continue to use them in the future best roof company ever

We had storm damage to our roof and called Multi Pro. Next day Hayden from Multi Pro came over and helped us navigate the process with our insurance company which helped out immensely. The whole process from start to finish went smoothly and the workmanship was excellent. Thanks to Hayden and Multi Pro for all they did making sure that the job was done in a timely manner and done right.

First I have to say its always a challenge to find a good, honest company and good pricing. After a few quotes from other companies and finally reaching out to Hardacker roofing I realized they are one of the good ones out there. They exceeded my expectations based on the quality of their work, price, follow up and scheduling to complete the job. They held to the price from their original estimate. I also understand that things could have come up during the new install that could have changed that but not in this case. They identified faulty work on the original install and put down a great new roof on my garage quickly and efficiently repairing only what was needed. They were polite and professional and even helped with a concern on another part of the roof which ended up being just a shifted tile and was quick to fix. The jobsite was cleaned up in the end like they were never there after leaving the house. Excellent roofing company to work with A+ Job location Waddell AZ.

I have storm damage to my roof and it’s been this way since July 2021. I found this company after I had a bad experience with RMP construction. This company had better ratings and a good rating on BBB. So far my work has been rescheduled week after week with little to no notice. I had to reschedule other contractors to do inside work waiting on these guys. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were just backed up and short staff. The day we had them in contract to show up, they didn’t. We weren’t given a call or heads up. The carpenter showed up and was clueless to why they weren’t here.. There is no communication to their employees and to the customer. The owner has informed us they are willing to let us out of our contract. The consistent no show is a breach of contract. I even question the quality of work they would do if they are willing to just walk away from my business. Due to the time we have already spent with this company we just want the work done in a timely manner like we agreed. They shouldn’t be scheduling any additional work if they don’t have the man power. I will post an update to this and see if they follow through as well as the quality of work if completed.

Vertex installed a metal roof on our cabin in northern Arizona. We previously had an asphalt shingle roof and wanted to upgrade. Research and the Vertex presentation convinced us a Vertex metal roof was the way to go.

The entire experience was positive and met or exceeded our expectations on every level. We were very impressed by the installation crew's work ethic and quality workmanship. They were all so respectful and conscientious of our property throughout the job.

We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

During heavy rain we noticed water gushing over the side of the gutter. On our own inspection we could see grass growing out of the gutter. We didn't feel safe clearing the gutter ourselves due to the height of our House so we asked Precision Roofing to take a look after checking out other local companies!
