I needed to replace my roof due to a leak and the age of the roof. I came across Brown Roofing via Yelp and included them in the bid process because of their great reviews. I selected them and was not disappointed. Craig Brown was great to deal with and they did exceptional work. They arrived when promised, finished earlier than anticipated, cleaned up meticulously all at a very fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs roofing services.

America Roofing did an amazing job on our roof! They came out on time and got the job done quickly. They cleaned everything up when they were done (more than they even needed to- my yard looked cleaner when they were done than it did when they started!). Their customer service was great when I called to schedule and pick out the shingle color. I couldn't be more happy with our new roof! I highly recommend America Roofing.

The finish results are beautiful. The employees work really well together. To be honest we did have issues with the electricity. The ac machine was misplaced for a moment but they did fix the issue.

Will only use them for any of my roofing needs. Out of any company the owners of this company are the most honest.

The good about this company and their install was the cost and the fact that my roof did not leak.

Unfortunately, that was where the good stopped. I felt that many corners were cut on the installation. Photo below is an excellent example. Almeida will exclude painting from their scope (which is fair). But then they perform work, remove fascia (and in one spot - replace it with a 2x4), and install the roof in a way that does not allow you to come back and paint the wood they replace. I am not sure why this was done.

Also photoed are spots on my flat roof where the rolled roofing was bubbled. Their fix was to shoot sealant into the void, rather than heat up the roofing and reseal, which they told me they would do.

It took three return visits to correct issues. First pass included flashings missing and possibly the worst cut on a flat roof I have ever seen. My flat roof over the garage still has an area where the flashings seem to have a drop in them, but I've just accepted this is the way it is going to be now.

I felt the final visit to correct issues was the top guy. He was quite good, but could only do so much to salvage what had already been done.

All in all, if you're in a bind, these guys should be low and based on my experience, do care to make sure your roof doesn't leak. If you have the time to stand over their shoulder and manage the work, you'll probably be OK. But if you want something done with attention to detail, I'd recommend going elsewhere and paying a little more. I wish I had.

Jack and his team were fantastic! I have a flat foam roof that was in need of repair. I had several large areas where water was pooling, cracks, and overall aging. Jack scheduled a time to come inspect the roof. He explained what was wrong and what the required repairs would entail. I had a quote within a days and was on the books for the work within a week. I was struggling to get a roof repair quote. One of the companies I spoke to was Multi-Pro represented by Kris Chavez. He inspected my roof and explained that replacement was my only option. He also advised me to make an insurance claim because the roof had extensive wind damage. I told Kris about a negative experience I’d had with a different roofing company and he assured me that it could be handled correctly. I was a bit anxious but Kris assured me he would be there every step of the way and I’m so glad I listened to him! He did exactly as he said he would from talking on the phone to my insurance company to meeting with the inspector. I really needed that support and I got it from Kris 200% worth. When it came time to do the job I was impressed how the man in charge of the install came to the door and let me know they were here. Kris also came by and covered what to expect. The material was delivered one day and the job was finished the next day. The work area was left very clean. Kris came back after it was completed and went back on the roof to follow up with a final inspection. Kris was kind enough to be available each time I reached out to him and even if he couldn’t speak right away he let me know when he would be available and got back to me when he said he would. All in all it was a great experience and I’m ready for next monsoon season with no worries of shingles flying off the roof as they had been. My roof was not leaking but it was 24 years old. The thought of someday repainting high ceilings was not appealing so I had budgeted for a replacement. After thorough consideration I picked the company with the best reputation -Stapleton Roofing. The job took about a week and went very smoothly. All Stapeton employees were helpful and highly professional . They demonstrated concern for me and my home and never took short cuts. Stapleton's bid was very competitive and honest. In monsoon season 2017 , we had two crazy storms that gave us roof issues, but Star Roofing came out and fixed them right away each time. They also gave us some good recommendations and quotes on anything that could be a future issue and they fixed that also. I just really appreciate how professional and courteous their team was and I would recommend them to anyone!
