Best Roof Repair And Replacement in Phoenix AZ

I am in the process of selling my house. I needed to have some roof repairs done. I called Scott roofing and spoke with a customer service lady and expalined in great detail what I needed done and the time crunch I am in. She said okay, and schedule my estimate for today 4/8/16. The guy who came said we cant do this, we only do large jobs, and would have to charge me over $1000.00 to do the few repairs I needed!!!!! Their Customer Service Sucks!!! I will NEVER Recommend this company!!!! They wasted my time as my husband took the day off of work for this!!!! If I could, they would get ZERO STARS from me!

Craig and his crew just finished our roof a week ago, and things could not have gone smoother or more efficiently. Our neighborhood is now about 29 years old and most residents are having the tile removed and new underlayment installed.
Because my family owned a multi generational contracting business, I tend to be picky and cautious. In this case, we had 4 estimates - including contractors that had worked on our neighbors' homes.
Craig had been referred to me by my brother-in-law after doing a terrific job on their north Scottsdale combo flat-tile roof.
When Craig came out to meet us, it was clear immediately that he was more detailed and thorough. Some of the previous contractors simply stood in the front driveway and never even walked around the house or accessed our backyard.
As far as pricing, his estimate was right in the middle of the rest of the quotes that were offered to us. However, his quote Included a lot of small details that other contractors did not include in their work or even mention.

Craig's office manager (Debbie) was easy to communicate with and always responded promptly to any email or question.
When the work started, it was inevitably the day before a monsoon storm was predicted-and the efficiency of the crew was amazing. The underlayment was finished by the morning of the 2nd day as size of our crew suddenly doubled and the tile went on in a day .....beating the arrival of the late-day storm.
The smaller details were finished the 3rd day. (They even paint your fascia). And they left the yard cleaner than when they arrived.
Craig visited a few days later to check the job with my husband and answer any questions.
Only when you approve the work does he accept final payment.
This job couldn't have gone smoother or easier. I highly recommend Craig Brown!

We called because of several areas on our 8-year-old roof that had broken tiles and a large area that had been un-tiled from wind damage. The free appraisal of our roof was extremely clear, very detailed with photographs and written descriptions, and the quoted price was much better than we had anticipated. The scheduling and service were quick and efficient, and the individuals that came to perform the repairs were very courteous and just as detailed and considerate as the gentleman that quoted the work. I heard about them on the radio and they lived up to exactly what they say...and I will use them moving forward, as well as recommend them to anyone that ever asks!

I am giving 2 stars before overall the roof looks good, however, their customer service is far lacking what it should be. I feel they've become so big, they can no longer give customers the attention needed to provide a good overall experience.

In 2018, our roof like many others got hit with that micro-burst and our insurance told us it's better to just get it replaced than fixed. We ultimately went with Lyons because they were a RosieOnTheHouse recommended contractor.

I'd like to state up front. There was nothing big that went wrong. This negative review is the result of many, many small incidents that built up to an overall bad experience.

Also, due to character limits I cannot go into detail on each, but will just list a quick list of everything they failed to meet good customer service on. Anyone can feel free to contact me directly and I will expand on any bullet point with more details.

Our problems started with getting in touch with them.
• Initial estimate was lost in their spam folder. Multiple times they took days, if not weeks to respond. One time, I had to reach out to them several weeks later for confirmation of start date.

This continued on from the start to finish of project.
• No phone call before they showed up 1st day (I was told there would be a heads up before anyone arrived)
• Project ran several days longer than estimated
• Roofers came at odd hours including 530 am with no warning
• Satellite antennae cable was cut
• Debris left behind after work was done.
• Large stack of unopened boxes left in driveway for days after work was done.
• Roof looked great except 2 parts. Small bubble in one spot and issue with metal stripping along flat wall.
• Project manager showed up for final walkthrough but did not contact me while there.
• No final walk-through with PM.

Even after project ended, we had issues with billing.
• Pre-Lein notice sent to house before actual invoice.
• Invoice sent on a Friday with a deposit on it that we did not make
• Accounting adjusted invoice with no explanation how deposit was put on invoice
• They failed to run the payment for the invoice after asking them twice. (got a temporary spending increase only valid that day)
• Next day, asked why they didn’t run payment. Was given an excuse that didn't make sense.

We asked for these concerns to be escalated to a manager, which more problems occurred
• Manager kept focusing on the 2 parts of the roof we had concerns of, kept ignoring everything else

He eventually came out to look at roof and while out there.
• Stated the small bubble in roof was not there. Said the damage to the metal sheet was normal
• Damaged a shingle with his ladder
• Talked in a very dismissive manner to me during our conversation
• Asked What are you looking for exactly after I finished telling him all my concerns
• Tried to put the whole thing back on me, saying his people complained about me being difficult to get in touch with
• Never once apologized for the overall experience being subpar
• He never followed up since he left

He did agree to send the project manager back out there to look at the metal sheet. He came out on a Friday. The PM came back out the following Thursday, a full week later. Giving praise where it's due, he did correct the issues with the metal sheet while he was there. It looked 100x better than how the actual roofers left it.
I left a review on Facebook that same day (before he showed up). I got a VM from a lady named Pepper. More kudos where it's due, she did apology for the overall experience and asked me to call her to discuss the whole thing.
I returned her call the following Monday and left a VM for her to call back. Have not heard from her since…

So in summary, their quality of work on the actual roof is good. They aren't perfect but no one is.
Their horrible customer service though should make anyone consider other companies. Especially when this place prides itself on customer service. The cost vs how we were treated caused us to never go with them again.

The team at Stonecreek is amazing! They installed a new roof for me on one of my rental properties. It was such an easy experience. They were the go-between with the insurance company and managed to get the entire roof replaced for the cost of my deductible. I was so impressed! Their communication and customer service were also great. My liaison sent me additional pictures of other projects to help me select the exact right color. I will definitely use them again if I have roofing issues on my other properties.

My husband accidentally broke a shingle in our roof because he tried to get the flying saucer toy for Dobby ( our dog). My neighbor recommended Mikku and Sons because they did a great job with their roof. I contacted them immediately because I was afraid that more shingles would fall off the ground due to the wind. Good thing that they responded immediately! The team fixed and repaired my roofs thanks to their fast and efficient work. I have a good roofing and I feel more secure that no more shingle will fall from my roof.

We had some leaks to our patio cover that we had tried (and failed) at repairing ourselves. We reached out to Castile Roofing and Alex was very quick to respond and assist with a quote. Chris came and to inspect and do the repair and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Repair was done in a timely manner and well done.

Will use again for roofing needs.

Patterson Roofing was the 1st of 3 estimates I received for a full roof replacement. William was very thorough, showing me a sample of the products being used & explained what would take place.
The next 2 companies not only didn’t provide that level of detail, but they were both significantly more expensive.
Patterson Roofing was able to complete the job in less than 2 days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

Thank you Jack for all your help. Very nice guy and was very helpful. Jack fixed my loose tiles from the recent storm we had. Jack also took the time to check my roof to make sure all the tiles were good as well. Would gladly recommend him to friends and family.

We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. I got multiple estimates and checked out all contractors with Az. ROC. The five bids I received ranged from high to temptingly low. I wanted to save money and go cheap but didn't sleep well. After thorough consideration I picked the company with the best reputation -Stapleton Roofing. The job took about a week and went very smoothly. All Stapeton employees were helpful and highly professional . They demonstrated concern for me and my home and never took short cuts. Stapleton's bid was very competitive and honest.
