My recent experience with TSM roofing can be summed up in three words HONESTY, VALUE and Quality. The TSM team were very competitive in their proposal vs the other roofing contractors I solicited a bid from. I was very impressed with the quality of both the worked performed and the materials used. The value provided by TSM manifested itself in both the materials used and the warranty offered versus other roofing contractors.

Poor quality ,work not done well . Gaps in flashing lifting shingles and supervisors that will not follow up and managers that lie about fixing the issues . I would avoid this company

One of the biggest expenses an owner can face is re-roofing a home. We interviewed numerous roofing companies and ultimately decided upon Brown Roofing. The decision process was not an easy one as we know you win some/lose some when you hire a new contractor for such an expensive project as a new roof. Fortunately, we made the right choice. We encountered some unforeseen problems in removing our old roof which cost Mr Brown and his four men an extra days work. Mr. Brown graciously bore this unanticipated expense without uttering so much as a word of complaint. The four days Mr.Brown and his men spent replacing our roof was a class act from start to finish. I could think of many superlatives to describe the re-roofing job Mr. Brown and his Crew did for us, but when you have just experienced a first rate job from start to finish, that says it all.

Timely, clean, & professional.

Beyond disappointed. Over 2 weeks ago I had someone come out to do an estimate for us. After reviews online and word of mouth recommendation I was super excited to see what Lyon had to offer. We have some damage on the roof but we were really wanting quotes to redo the entire roof. After an entire week with no estimate I called as I thought this was really strange. The women I spoke with said they have been busy but she would put a note in that we needed our estimate ASAP. Well guess what..
We are now over 2 weeks still no estimate. I could never trust this company to actually show up on time to do work if they can't even get me an estimate in a timely manner. Super dissatisfied, something must have changed from the time of the positive recommendation I received.

Jeremy came out and assessed the problem quickly and was able to fix the roof. He was on time (even a little early) and took care to ensure good quality work. We will use America Roofing again and recommend them.

They arrived due to some storms around the area and after a free inspection, they helped get the claim in with my insurance. Once they started the work, they had it completed well within their estimated time and it looks great! Everyone was quite friendly and I definitely will recommend them to co-workers and friends!

Mikku and Sons did our roof in 2018 and it leaked within 6 months causing water damage to our ceiling drywall. We let them know, and they sent out on of their personnel who said he couldn’t see a leak or any issues, and they would not cover costs for the damage inside. We called again and asked them to send someone else. He found the issue and fixed it by caulking a couple different locations. He also said their warranty and guarantee does not cover any interior damage. What good is a warranty if their poor workmanship causes water damage inside your house? Issue is still not resolved.

We are very happy that we chose Almeida Roofing. The entire process of bidding and installation was handled in a very professional and customer service oriented manner. Their bid was fair and everything was done with keeping me informed as one of their priorities. When they found the bad wood that I knew they would, they brought it to our attention immediately. The installers were all very friendly and they cleaned everything up. I would and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. We have had a few storms since they installed it and not a drop of rain has entered our home. Thank you Almeida Roofing!

I have worked with Castile Roofing twice. Both times required me to provide oversight. When the incorrect color was installed, I had to call and they replaced the roof. When they left my bare roof uncovered during a rainstorm, I had to call for them to put up a tarp. When the interior of my house was damaged from the rain, I had to demand that they help.

They have now made efforts to get me squared away. The new roof looks good and hopefully every thing works out.

I had a 12,000 square foot re-roof job done at my Paradise Valley home by Patterson and it was mired in trouble from the beginning. Delays, horrible communication, and the worst part was that the workmanship and finish were very bad. We also had workers showing up at random times in the evenings without notice walking on our roof which made us concerned. Owner offered (in writing mind you) to fix the poor quality finishes to only backtrack because I wouldn't remove my online reviews (have that in writing too). Professionalism and integrity lacking here. We regret choosing Patterson roofing. Now we need to pay another firm to fix his mistakes. But if we do, they won't honor the 15 year warranty we paid for. Buyer beware!

We have a Dutch Colonial home designed by an architect back east and complicated additional structures including detached garage, breezeway, and unique pavilion with a complicated steep pitched roof. After 20 years of a deteriorating concrete shingle roof, and a poorly done metal roofing job done by our original roofer, we decided to get a new lifetime metal roof on all our structures. We had a long wait to get the job done but it was worth it. We did not want to trust someone who claimed to do metal roofs. They are not the least expensive but if you want the job done right it is not worth cutting corners on price. It took Vertex 2 months to do our job. Their employees were courteous, and cleaned up every night. We got to know the crew and enjoyed having them around. They are professionals and they know how to do metal roofs. Don’t take a chance with roofers who say they do metal roofs. I do not hesitate to recommend them for your job no matter how small, large or complicated. They will do it right. Their salesman Craig Sorenson worked with us every step of the way and helped us with samples, ideas and metal products that helped us to get the beautiful look we wanted to compliment and enhance the look of our home.
