I have a very large roof and switched from tile to shingle, everything ran like a well oiled machine, even with rain interrupting occasionally. The crew knew exactly what they were doing and did it well. Quality of the work was outstanding, and site manager Nick stayed in touch and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Shout out as well to Brad with sales, he answered all my questions and represented the company very well. They weren't the cheapest of the 4 quotes I got, but you get what you pay for and am glad I made the choice I did.

I’ve known Jeff and his team for quite a while now, and I’m beyond impressed with his work ethic, honesty, and ability to get the job done. We’ve all heard the nightmare stories of contractors, I know I don’t have to get into it but these are the guys you want repairing and maintaining your roof. I will continue to recommend Jeff and his team to my clients, friends and family!

Renco did our total roof (removed all old foam and coatings) in 2012 after we had hail damage ... their team did a great job ... no mess from removing old roof and the new 10 year roof is great. The family is dedicated to good prompt service and give us routine inspections annually to see that everything is holding up to expectations.

Craig was the most knowledgeable of all the guys we had come give estimates for replacing our roof (including new concrete tiles). He was helpful in educating us with all the options available and was honest about timelines materials. The end result is a fantastic looking roof and we are very pleased with our choice of Brown roofing. We highly recommend Craig and his excellent crew.

Reviews are written for very good service or very poor service, this is for poor service.
We had a new roof put in , by Kyko, in FebMarch of 2019. After the first good rainfall, we had a major leak that flooded the kitchen. After several phone calls and several visits by employees, they mistake was discovered.
Now some 7 months later, after a good rainfall, we have a catastrophic leak, in the same place as the last one. We are about to lose an entire kitchen. This would include stove top, oven, MW all the cabinets and an entire wall of drywall (30x20 ft).
A mistake of this size should NEVER of happened, we now are in limbo waiting for a KYKO employee to show up.
I thought we picked a good company, that would get the job done right the first time. I was wrong.
Now after 2 leaks and 2 times at fixing this problem, what are we to post??
I can not advise any person to use this company!!
Yes, there is still an opportunity for this issue to be fixed for good but I lack the trust in getting it done

Lyons Roofing was an excellent company I had the joy of working for them which Floyd Diaz. He's an outstanding roofer coworker and friend. He taught me so many things so I was able to progress in the roofing industry. He was always going the extra mile for the company and his coworkers. He has excellent people skills and goes out of his way to make sure the customer has the utmost satisfaction.

Work was done professionally and as promised.
Clean up was good but they should not use blower to blow small bits into grass.

This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The cost was not the lowest nor the highest. The communication from JR was spot on and the job was completed on time and within scope. Well done Stonecreek.

During one of this years storms, we noticed that one of our roof tiles on the corner of our house had fallen off. We contacted Almeida based on the number of positive reviews. This proved to be a very costly mistake.

On the day that the estimator arrived, it was pouring down rain so he was unable to actually get on our roof at all. He looked at the spot where the missing tile was, and put up his ladder to try and see if there was any other damage without actually getting on the roof. He stated that since he was not able to actually get on our roof to assess the damage, he would add extra tiles and materials to our quote incase they are needed, since materials were in short supply. With the extra materials he added, it came to $650 with the understanding that this was only a guesstimate. He advised us that when the tech arrived to do the work and could actually get on the roof, he would assess what actually needed replaced and would adjust the quote accordingly.

When the tech arrived, he knocked on the door to tell me they were getting started, and then informed me when they were finished and leaving. He was here for approximately 35 minutes. When I received the final bill, it was the exact same estimate, from the person who couldn't even get on our roof to do an inspection.

We called Almeida since this was concerning. We asked for details on what was actually repaired, which they stated they only fixed what was on the original estimate. We tried to explain the the original estimate was only a guesstimate since he could not even get on our roof to do an inspection. We never received any pictures, or details about what was actually replaced. The only tile we actually saw that was broken, was one tile on the corner of our house.

We were never able to receive ANY details on what was actually fixed for our $650, other than the single tile that was broken. I also now have to hire and pay a completely separate roofing company to assess if there is any remaining damage, and to double check what was actually done by Almeida.

These guys know their stuff. Very kind and informational on the phone. Didn’t try to up sell, just told the truth and made my decision very easy. We are lucky to have a business of this caliber. Thank you!

Our experience with Patterson Roofing was excellent. From start to finish, William and his team were communicative, caring, and professional. This company goes above and beyond for their customers. William took time out of his busy schedule to meet with us multiple times. The actual roof replacement was extremely efficient and the team made sure to clean up every shingle, nail, and debris. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I can't say enough about Muti Pro Roofing Solutions. Kris Gator Chavez the Senior Project Manager was so great! Kris would call or text me back about any questions I had, he dealt with my insurance, Kris was always polite, kind and considerate, he was at the job on the day he said, I would highly recommend this company 100 percent his crew, oh my, they are awesome.! Crew went right to work, they know their job, they were all hard workers. I am very pleased with my roofing job, in all aspects. I would have given them more stars in all. I recently had my roof replaced by Hardracker Roofing and I love it! Clyde was very easy to work with and gave me great service and a great price. His roofers were respectful of my dogs and property and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company! Great people to do business with!

Completed a project on-time and without issues. Easy to work with and very responsive to needs. Coordinated with a HVAC vendor for the upgrade of the roof top units seamlessly.

Update: Vertex can make any excuses they want. I will only be in my house for another ten years and what was important to me was the color. I wanted a SILVER roof and I got a DARK GRAY roof. Not only that, no one bothered to give me a heads up on the color switch. I only found out after seeing it once it was installed, which is very unprofessional and deceptive (no chance to say no). It might have happened in 2018, but it makes me unhappy every time I look at it. :-(

You can also tell a lot about the company from their response. We are sorry to see this review followed by a long discourse on why the customer is wrong, is not a good response. A good company would have responded that they are sorry to see that I am still disappointed in their service/product and is there anything more they can do?

I have had many customer service issues and was very disappointed with Vertex Roofing!! They are horrible at returning emails/phone calls and keeping customers updated.

I ended up with a color roof that I did not select!!! I was told they no longer had the color I chose, but instead of coming back and asking me, they chose another color for me on their own. It is supposedly a higher grade material, but I am still disappointed. **Update due to this darker color I have not seen any energy savings.**

Here are some of the other issues:

--After I signed the contract I received an email that said that I would be notified when my materials came in, which I was not.

--When I developed a leak around the ceiling fan in my dining room in August, it took me two phone calls and two emails to get a response. I was just told August 14th that I would be up the end of the next week or the beginning of the following. The Production Manager said that he would be out to look at the job site, which to my knowledge never occurred.

--The next few weeks were very stressful as it was raining almost every day and I was worried about more leaking. I finally called on the 23rd to see if I could get an update, since no one had been out and I didn't even know if all my materials were in.

-- Production Manager called Friday 24th to say a crew would be out early Monday and he would email me the specifics. I never received an email.

--The crew did a good job and worked around the dogs by not going in the back yard. However, Thursday when they left they said they would be returning the next day. I work from home, so I moved a few meetings from Friday morning to Tuesday morning in case of noise. No one showed up or called until around 1 pm, the Production Manager called to say they would be back Saturday morning to finish.

--Finished as promised Saturday, but I had a standing volunteer engagement and was not here when they left. I was expecting to be left care instructions/warranty information, which I never received.

--One last customer service oddity was that no one in the company that I tried to contact who has a cell phone had their voice mail set up with a message confirming their name and that they are a Vertex Roofing employee. The generic you have reached #, did not fill me with confidence that I even had the right number.

All of these issues were addressed with an apology and 1.25% discount off the price, which is not a lot, but I just wanted to be done with all the hassle.

Unfortunately, there is a part II to the saga. I never received a final receipt from the last payment (made over the phone) or the warranty information that was supposed to come from the manufacturer. I also did not approve my two raised air roof vents and whirlybird to be removed from my roof.

In fact part of the sales pitch was for an extra fee I could get a raised roof line with increased air vents all along the top to save energy. I did not have the additional money for that, but the sales representative thought it would be fine with my existing vents.

After a lot of hassle I finally got a blurry electronic copy of warranty information, my receipt, and one whirly bird installed.

I am extremely satisfied with the work done by Precision Roofing LLC! John and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable, and they completed the job quickly and efficiently. The quality of their work was exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services!

Alex was amazing. I highly recommended Phoenix roofing!!!

Eric came out to diagnose a roofing issue that was causing a leak. He was referred to us by a relative. We are so happy we took their advice. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave us a number of different options along with his informed opinion. The job was scheduled, and completed in a timely manner. Very happy with the outcome and will be happy to refer to all my friends and family.
