We have used Sean Harrison and his Arizona Cleaning for almost a year. Prior to that we would use single independent cleaners. We were happy with the results. However now that we use Arizona Cleaning, we would not go back to a single independent. There are several differences. Firstly Sean runs a very professional company. His cleaning methods are logical and consistent. The equipment is first class. Most importantly however is the fact he uses four people to completely clean our home in around two hours. We have well over 3,000 sq ft. They provide one of the very best cleaning services that we have experienced.

Quality clean by friendly professionals. Only 4 stars because the pros have been late a few times.

Rhonda & Penny do an excellent job every time. They are very pleasant. I have had Rhonda since I started with Cleaning Authority and as long as she is employed with you I would like to have her. I like Penny also but I just haven’t known her that long. Keep up the good work ladies.

Anais and her partner arrived right on time. I was upset that the small windows in bedroom were not washed. The blinds were not cleaned. Floor in closet master bedroom was not washed. Ceiling fans were cleaned but not great. Chandelier in master bedroom
was still very dusty, I sprayed it to get it clean. Refrigerator not cleaned as they ran out of time. I worked along side them cleaning sliding door and window tracks. I also recleaned floors when they left. The grout was still pretty dirty. My trick is to soak the floors with bleach water on the grout and mop after half hour or so. Thanks for showing up and doing an okay job.

This company has been professional responsive and accommodating. We have had a few different cleaners and they all did a good job. The Bri and Gina team that were just here Friday were great. Friendly polite and great workers.

I have been working with SPECIAL OPS for three years and had excellent cleaning services every two weeks with a great team leader. Three weeks ago I had my windows cleaned after having done so with Tim the owner before we moved in three years ago. The work was very disappointing. I have 65 windows on one level. One group of windows in a front corner were not cleaned and a screen left on the ground. Also my blind valance in Master bedroom was not put back on securely and fell and the ends broke off. Tim would not come back to inspect or repair even though I sent photos. I will continue housecleaning services every two weeks because the leader is excellent. But I will it continue with the windows carpet cleaning ir tile cleaning as I did and had planned to do because I feel that as a long time tehikar customer there was no empathy or spongy made for the oversights and damage. The window cleaning this time compared to the first was mediocre at best.

I have been working with Peak Cleaning for almost a year now. They are attentive, professional and always working to improve on business practices. I am so glad I found them to help with my short term rental. And Esmeralda who performed our most recent cleaning service was great. She paid attention to details and was proactive. So appreciate all the help from the Peak Cleaning team!!

The guys did a great job!!! My windows are sparkling. They made my 50 yr old French doors look brand new. They were very nice, friendly, professional. I will use them again.

Update 2/7/23: I used them a second time to power wash the gunk off of my 50 yr old patio tile. Manny did a wonderful job—professional, friendly, on time. I’m very happy with the results!

Used Arizona Steamers to clean the carpets of a house I was selling. You couldn’t even tell the carpets were never replaced because of how nice they looked after the cleaning. 10/10 would use again

The communication was constant and they were reasonably priced. They offered me a same day appointment! My cleaner that came today was professional and seemed to genuinely care that I was happy before he left. I would definitely use again and would recommend if you are looking for an affordable same day appointment.
