All the employees I had communications with were great...from the office staff, the salesman Brad and Eric the project manager. I have endless compliments in regard to Nick Scott. He is the most helpful, hard working, concientious young man I have had the pleasure of working with in many years. We have had roofing work done by Scott Roofing in the past and have always been pleased with their work performance and business ethics. Renco did our total roof (removed all old foam and coatings) in 2012 after we had hail damage ... their team did a great job ... no mess from removing old roof and the new 10 year roof is great. The family is dedicated to good prompt service and give us routine inspections annually to see that everything is holding up to expectations.

Good expensive; on the high end when it comes to cost.

No one wants to put a new roof on their house and we were no different.
I contacted several roofing companies and finally decided on Lyon's. Why? Because, of their reputation, their professionalism, and I liked the way they presented their products and warranties.

When they started my job their crew was on time and got to work quickly. The job manager kept me in the loop every day and throughout the day as things came about. When you have an older house you expect things that need to be done, it's just part of it. The job manager would bring any issue to me and tell me what needed to be done and the cost as well. Not to mention I went on the roof and saw for myself. So that way I knew I wasn't being fleeced. We truly expected to have things replaced given the age of the roof.

During the demo and replacement of my roof, my neighbors would come over and comment on how fast they got the old roof on and the new one on. They were truly impressed. So were we!!

When the job was completed they came by for another walk-through, yes, I did get on the roof again, everything was perfect. If there was anything to question or change, they were right there to make it right. They were a bit more expensive from many of the others, but you always get what you pay for. We have been extremely happy with the job that Lyon's did and would recommend them highly. The warranty is fantastic and we won't have to worry about our roof again.

Called a bunch of roofing companies and got multiple estimates. By far America Roofing was the most knowledgeable and experienced out of all of them. You can tell that Jason (the guy that came out) was highly experienced in roofing, honest and very upfront about everything. I would highly recommend America Roofing for any roof repairs, roof inspections or new roofing services.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Sara was so nice, thorough and professional. She made me feel completely comfortable. The roofers also did a superb job from tearing down the roof to installing and clean up. My yard was cleaner than it was before they even started!! Aleen in the office just so nice and Priscilla very nice and professional as well, great team! I was very satisfied and impressed and will refer them over and over:)

Cannot recommend them highly enough. Have had problems at 3 homes over the years caused by PREVIOUS contractors. Once Mikku and Sons remedied the problems, NO MORE ISSUES! Have asked them to do repairs and have replaced one entire tile roof. Thank you Devin.

We had great experience with Lenin. He repaired water drain canal and the leak on the roof. He is very nice, punctual and charged reasonable price. We didn't feel any inconvinience while he was working on the roof. We are going to have him for installing the gutters too. We highly recommend him.

Patterson Roofing was the 1st of 3 estimates I received for a full roof replacement. William was very thorough, showing me a sample of the products being used & explained what would take place.
The next 2 companies not only didn’t provide that level of detail, but they were both significantly more expensive.
Patterson Roofing was able to complete the job in less than 2 days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

Kris worked with us to file a claim with our insurance. He met the adjuster at our house for the inspection. He took care of everything from beginning to end. He was very courteous and professional. His crew arrived at 6am and started right away in removing the old shingles. Kris called to let us know when they were finished. They hauled away the old shingles and cleaned up around the outside of the house. Except for the beautiful new roof, you can't tell anyone had been here. We highly recommend Kris and his crew for any job!!

I recently had my tile roof reroofed by Hardacker roofing. The owner Clyde came out to provide the estimate and spent time on top of my roof reviewing the condition. I had several companies come out to provide me estimates and the ones who never walked on my roof were not even considered. Clyde was on time and very professional. He provided me with a lot of information about the condition of my roof and options to consider. His estimate was emailed to me in a couple days and was very competitive. I decided to hire Hardacker after talking to Clyde's wife Bonnie who was very helpful over the phone when I had questions about new roof tiles. Bonnie was very flexible with the scheduling and accommodated the dates I requested. The roofers were on time and worked very full days to complete my job on time. I work from home and watched the progress and was very happy with work being performed. Quality seemed to be the focus on the work done. If I had a question the workers were helpful and provided whatever information I requested. When the Job was complete Clyde came out to meet with me and discuss the job. I was very satisfied with the job performed and my roof looks great. I would recommend Hardacker Roofing to anyone.

Thanks to Ryan, James, Joe, Sam and Jairo for their reliability, honesty, and integrity. The roof was a challenge and was completed by the entire crew. We have used Star Roofing on at least 5 homes and now on our own. They are busy but they are worth the wait. Call them and make an appointment. You will be glad you did.

Update: Vertex can make any excuses they want. I will only be in my house for another ten years and what was important to me was the color. I wanted a SILVER roof and I got a DARK GRAY roof. Not only that, no one bothered to give me a heads up on the color switch. I only found out after seeing it once it was installed, which is very unprofessional and deceptive (no chance to say no). It might have happened in 2018, but it makes me unhappy every time I look at it. :-(

You can also tell a lot about the company from their response. We are sorry to see this review followed by a long discourse on why the customer is wrong, is not a good response. A good company would have responded that they are sorry to see that I am still disappointed in their service/product and is there anything more they can do?

I have had many customer service issues and was very disappointed with Vertex Roofing!! They are horrible at returning emails/phone calls and keeping customers updated.

I ended up with a color roof that I did not select!!! I was told they no longer had the color I chose, but instead of coming back and asking me, they chose another color for me on their own. It is supposedly a higher grade material, but I am still disappointed. **Update due to this darker color I have not seen any energy savings.**

Here are some of the other issues:

--After I signed the contract I received an email that said that I would be notified when my materials came in, which I was not.

--When I developed a leak around the ceiling fan in my dining room in August, it took me two phone calls and two emails to get a response. I was just told August 14th that I would be up the end of the next week or the beginning of the following. The Production Manager said that he would be out to look at the job site, which to my knowledge never occurred.

--The next few weeks were very stressful as it was raining almost every day and I was worried about more leaking. I finally called on the 23rd to see if I could get an update, since no one had been out and I didn't even know if all my materials were in.

-- Production Manager called Friday 24th to say a crew would be out early Monday and he would email me the specifics. I never received an email.

--The crew did a good job and worked around the dogs by not going in the back yard. However, Thursday when they left they said they would be returning the next day. I work from home, so I moved a few meetings from Friday morning to Tuesday morning in case of noise. No one showed up or called until around 1 pm, the Production Manager called to say they would be back Saturday morning to finish.

--Finished as promised Saturday, but I had a standing volunteer engagement and was not here when they left. I was expecting to be left care instructions/warranty information, which I never received.

--One last customer service oddity was that no one in the company that I tried to contact who has a cell phone had their voice mail set up with a message confirming their name and that they are a Vertex Roofing employee. The generic you have reached #, did not fill me with confidence that I even had the right number.

All of these issues were addressed with an apology and 1.25% discount off the price, which is not a lot, but I just wanted to be done with all the hassle.

Unfortunately, there is a part II to the saga. I never received a final receipt from the last payment (made over the phone) or the warranty information that was supposed to come from the manufacturer. I also did not approve my two raised air roof vents and whirlybird to be removed from my roof.

In fact part of the sales pitch was for an extra fee I could get a raised roof line with increased air vents all along the top to save energy. I did not have the additional money for that, but the sales representative thought it would be fine with my existing vents.

After a lot of hassle I finally got a blurry electronic copy of warranty information, my receipt, and one whirly bird installed.

We are so happy with Austin’s work! The work was done timely and at a reasonable price. He is professional, and his work is spectacular! Recommended

5 Star rating - would use this company again.

My family and i had a roof done in 2012 by home depot which was done HORRIBLY and caused significant damage to our home. This caused us to be displaced from our home for a time causing significant hardship on us. Reimagine worked with us through every step and even went above and beyond in some cases.

Tom and Jeff were our representatives who helped us through most of the paperwork and coordination of services to make this repair quick and done right.

Brian (Oregon Based) came out and did a complete and thorough inspection documenting all of the damages, was onsite to inspect the work crews, inspected the completed work when done, and even helped us with a little after work on the home, within the contracted repair agreement with the company.

I will recommend Reimagine in the future for roofing repairs and installations.
