I recently purchased a home that had been vacant for five years. Robins Plumbing was available quickly and Ben did a thorough inspection so I was comfortable with all potential costs during my inspection period. Robins was proactive in scheduling the work upon my close and was in doing work in under a week of possession. They were also able to recommend an HVAC and Electrician to do our washer / dryer relocation. Ben was very involved with both the HVAC Company and Electrician to ensure the project went smoothly. Ben and Nate arrived promptly each day and stayed late to make sure the job stayed on track. They were extremely professionally and very cautious about keeping my pets safe and inside. Ben did a great job of explaining all the repairs to me and giving me future tips. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience with Ben and Nate and will continue to use Robins. I highly recommend them and have tried several plumbers in the past I would not reuse.

Great experience with the entire staff! We had a last minute cancellation by another company towards the end of our inspection period and had to find someone last minute that worked on Saturdays. Hilary the dispatcher, Jerry the plumber and Steve the supervisor came to our rescue. They were very prompt to rerun my call and very courteous. Got the job done, pretty quickly. Everything is working great! I felt overcharged because twice the trainee had to go back to the store to pick up appropriate tools, while the plumber spent most of this downtime just chilling. This cost me an extra $90. What are you going to do..

This company did a Fantastic Job on our house! We had a backup in the shower of the Master Bathroom, but after the demo guys took it apart and got an initial plumber on it, we never heard from them after that.. Once we got in contact with Custom, they Sent Jesse over, he got everything planned out, and Dennis came through , got the hole dug, fixed the drain, and backfilled the hole and concrete in two days. Fantastic service!

They got here when they said they would. They quickly diagnosed the problem and solved it. They even did a little extra besides. Good honest down-to-earth people. I highly recommend them.

Franz is a seasoned veteran and knows what he's doing. It was a difficult repair in that the pinhole pipe leak was nearly in the cement slab. He chisled out just enough slab to make the repair without jackhammering the entire floor. Well done!

Giving them 1 star is too much. I wish I could give them zero stars. Worst company ever. This company will send unqualified technicians to your house to work on technology that they don't understand. I know have to buy and replace parts on a Reverse Osmosis System that they installed incorrectly. Bad Service. Bad Knowledge. No Refund. I am making a complaint to the better business bureau.
