All the employees I had communications with were great...from the office staff, the salesman Brad and Eric the project manager. I have endless compliments in regard to Nick Scott. He is the most helpful, hard working, concientious young man I have had the pleasure of working with in many years. We have had roofing work done by Scott Roofing in the past and have always been pleased with their work performance and business ethics. I am very impressed with everyone at Scott Roofing and would tell others to look no further when you want good communication, customer service and outstanding craftsmanship to be done on a very important part of your home!!

KY-KO did an amazing job replacing my roof last summer. They came in with their team and did the whole job in one day. Their professionalism was was shown throughout the day by each member of the team. They replaced a lot of the wood that before the shingles were put on, but checked with me each time to make sure I saw the need. Just recently I found a vent pipe that was no longer in use and they came out and pulled it, covered the hole and put new shingles on, and it was covered by the warranty. I am thrilled with the look of my new roof and my experience with KY-KO. Thank you for your help yesterday Oscar and to the original crew last summer. If you need roofing work done I highly recommend you call them for a bid.

Joe St. George came out first and inspected my roof. He made sure I understood the work that needed to be done and answered many questions I had about tile roofs. The crew for the broken tiles came and fixed the tiles a leak and did a roof tune up. They were quick and professional.Then came the crew to fix the patio roof also very quick. Rick Alexander did a follow up inspection and had the crew come back and replace the trim it was short in height leaving a gap. My thanks to Lyons Roofing -Joe - and Rick for a being everything you claim to be the best roofing Company in Az. You will get my business next time i have roofing needs.

What an honest company! A rarity today. Steve took the time to determine where a leak was really coming from and then what to do about it even though it meant no business for them. Wow! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

As a small time landlord I prefer working with trades that have a good reputation and are recommended. That's how I found Mikku & Sons. They have provided prompt and complete services when I've called on them for my rental needs.

We recently sold our primary residence and there were a few small repairs needed on our tile roof. I called Joshua and I soon had a quote and a time frame. Even though Phoenix had experience the wettest July on record (they were swamped) they were able to fit my small job into their schedule. They got the work done within the escrow time frame and smoothed the process for everyone on our end.

Start to finish, our reroofing and insurance was handled with the utmost speed and ease. Phoenix Roofing only contracts with a handful of roofing teams and holds them to the highest standard. Anything amiss and they are quick to resolve it.

They were fair-priced, upfront about everything, and diligent on our behalf from start to finish. Our roof looks beautiful and I can't imagine anyone better to work with!

This place is weird field estimator very unprofessional come to the home sit in the car for a long time according to my neighbor and leave without ringing the door bell, out of the blue I get an estimate I thought these people are highway robbers I didnt get any estimate from them what so ever.. customers service is just as bad beware people

I had called Stapleton roofing for a roof replacement. They sent out a kid that couldn't be older than 21 years old. He hardly knew what he was talking about or doing even with me pointing him to all the areas of the roof that needed extra attention. I waited a whole week to get a proposal and nothing. I then called them back and they had concerns because I had a flat roof. Mind you I don't need any work done to my flat at all. I only need my shingles to be replaced. The comment they made was they would need to redo my flat roof as well if they wanted me to do the shingles. Which makes no sense. And then instead of giving me a proposal anyways they stated I was just going to be over 12k I didn't provide any back up to what they were talking about. There's no way my roof would cost that much. and even if it did they didn't even take the time to write up an appropriate proposal. If you don't want to do the job just say that.

I am a General contractor here in Phoenix for over 38 years, I have worked with Star Roofing for the past few years. They Are very Professional & Reliable.

Five years ago, Vertex Roofing installed a new roof on my home. I encountered the company at the Tucson Home Show, where I was trying to find a roofer quickly because a recent storm had precipitated a huge leak in my kitchen ceiling due to a hole in the roof. Everyone I've worked with from the company has treated me with courtesy and behaved very professionally. Arrangements were made and the roof was installed expeditiously (if my memory can be trusted, I think it took them just a few days to install). And it looks beautiful! The long-term warranty on the roof made me feel even more confident about their services. To be honest, since the roof was installed, twice I had leaks in my house that I thought were from a roof problem. I called Vertex both times and they came out to look at the problem. Both times they identified the source of the leak, and it wasn’t the roof (long stories that I won’t get into here). Each time I felt they were patient and helpful with me, despite the fact that their product was not the problem. In sum, I have had positive experiences with Vertex Roofing and highly recommend them for both quality of product and professionalism of staff.

Phoenix Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. We worked with Alex who provided a clear, detailed estimate and was always more than willing to answer any questions we had. The crew arrived early and got the job done quickly + cleaned up well after the job was done, and my roof looks great!

Oscar knocked on my door and offered a free roof inspection, I was skeptical at first but it really was free! He let me know I had little to no damage and had nothing to worry about for the time being. I appreciated honesty, and because of that, I’m sure to call back when the next big storm comes through for another free inspection!

Referred by another roofer that was too busy. Very painless, scheduled pretty quickly, gave me an estimate, good communication before during and after, did the work, reasonable cost (didn't compare), all is well. I don't love that I had to do the repair, but at least this group made it easy. Would have liked a little better clean-up. I had to throw away a bunch of junk cement and wood pieces they left. That took 5 minutes, so not a huge deal.

If I was able to give 10 stars I gladly would! I worked with Dave on my roofing project and couldn't be happier. GREAT COMMUNICATION, ALWAYS ON TIME, FANTASTIC PRICES, and TOP NOTCH WORK! Not a fan or a relative. This review is authentic. Contacted this company by e-mail. No response. Called and arranged a roofing inspection with Kyle. Inspection never happened. Called to complain and spoke to Rick - whose attitude was offensive and insulting.

Rick was not interested in resolving the matter, simply passed the phone to Kyle who made some excuse then hung up the phone. AFTER posting negative reviews, Thomas Roofing had an epiphany, offering apologetic and contradictory alibis. Oh well. The train has left the station.

In terms of customer service? There clearly is none. Be wary of a company that fails to respond to e-mail, schedules appointments but fails to follow through and is totally unresponsive and insulting to the resulting customer complaints.

Just had my shingle roof replaced and they did a fantastic job. Service was excellent, from the initial free estimate, they gave me an excellent price and finished my 2100 sq ft home in 3 days. They also made sure the site was nice and clean when they left and were very friendly. Couldn't recommend them enough!
