Lars, is by far, the best. He raises the bar for customer service. Last year, when he first came to our home to price a foam roof, he spent a substantial amount of time with my husband and me helping us to identify non-roof related leaking problems, going to great lengths to help us find the right product needed and where, as a non contractor, we could purchase the products. The bid for the foam roof was competitive, the work was scheduled, they showed up when they said they would and completed the job to our satisfaction.
We just called Renco this past week concerning the tile roof overhanging our entry way. Lars came out to access and determined that the roof may or may not be our problem. Rather than trying to sell us a job that we may not need, he provided some sealant and proceeded to help my husband seal some wood beams that may be causing the problem. If we end up needing to replace tiles, or the tile roof, we will definitely be using Renco.

Great service! We just used Ky-Ko to do some repairs to our roof after a pretty bad storm. They were responsive on getting us a quote. Quote was reasonable (we received other quotes too), the crew turned up when they said they would and were quite efficient on getting the job done. Cleaned up the area when they were done. Thomas was a great crew chief as were everyone else I talked with.

It's been a little scary getting a roofing company that will do EXACTLY what they say they're going to do, and do it at a fair price. I finally found the right folks after 3 attempts with others. These people are solid, and you can trust them to do high quality work, on time.

The owner, Jack, came out to do a roof inspection and he was AWESOME. I am by no means knowledgeable about roofing, and as a young woman I am often brushed aside or treated with contempt by professionals in the home/auto/repairs industries. Jack took the time to fully explain everything to me in detail and was so patient with my questions, and his knowledge and friendly attitude instantly put me at ease. Multi Pro Roof Solutions was great! We worked with Brandon Fuller and he was responsive, attentive and worked hands on throughout the whole process. We have a beautiful new roof and skylights and it looks absolutely amazing! Happy to have it done just in time for Monsoon season!! The team finished the whole project in one day no less. They were professional and tarped all of our foliage and flower beds as well as the pool so it was easy clean-up! Couldn't have asked for a better team or experience. My husband and I had our insurance company come out to look at wind damage and they said it was “repairable.” Phoenix roofing came out to take a second look and they worked with our insurance company and got us a full roof replacement! Communication was GREAT. The crew worked hard to get the job done right before the holidays like we were hoping and did a great job cleaning up! I I highly recommend!!

We had such a good experience with these guys today. We got a free inspection, they overturned our insurance denial, only paid the deductible and ended up with a beautiful roof. Highly recommend!!

Capstone installed a new roof on my workshop and made repairs to the main house that had leaks. I would definitely use them again. Bill definitely came through for me on my project.

The Tacheny crew arrived promptly and got to work tearing off our old roof, repaired a couple areas of water damaged OSB and then proceed to install our new roof. They got it done it one day!!! Yes, one day. Now there were alot of guys working and they all worked very cohesively. Our new roof is beautiful and protects us from the elements. The warranty is fantastic too. I would recommend them to anyone needing a total roof replacement and/or repair.
