James & Max Came to My Home Because I needed a Good Disposer for Septic Mild Use. James Recommended a Great Brand and Installed It along with an extender to my water heater giving hot water faster and longer. he also flushed my heater he and Max installed a shower head and checked my water pressure and repaired a loose pipe under my sink. They were on time wore foot booties knew what they were doing! The price was good and they were so pleasant. Michelle in the office is delightful and knowledgeable. Simon and his brother, Alex, came out today to repair our shower valve and replace our kitchen faucet. They were prompt, and very professional. Simon showed me what was wrong with our shower valve and why he used the particular replacement part he chose. I really appreciated that. I have a better understanding of what we have and why it is worth keeping and simply repairing it (rather than replacing it). I have had another plumber in the past, but he was too busy to come out. Simon was busy too, but got us onto his schedule quickly. I was impressed with his attention to detail and care for our job. I recommend Simon without hesitation.
