Kevin did an anazing job. He was friendly and explained every details. He even set my monitor up to send me reminders of when to change my filters.

My HVAC unit stopped working properly in the high Arizona heat. Unable to have the 12 year old unit repaired for a reasonable price, I decided to purchase a new HVAC. I researched several companies and had them come out to look at the unit and give me estimates for a new one.Frank Bristyan previously had his own company and he installed the current unit. His company had merged with North Valley Mechanical and I was able to have him come over and provide me with an estimate. I can't say enough about this man and this company. They gave me a great estimate figure including the extended warranty I wanted. They also rushed the installation process for me and installed the new unit the morning after Labor Day.With the house being over 91 to 95° for 7 days, I had to destroy all of my bottled, canned and jared food. I can't imagine what else I would have lost or had damaged if that had continued. Thank goodness for my friends who let me stay at their homes and for North Valley Mechanical for coming through so wonderfully on the quote and quickly on the install. Give them, and FRANK, a call!! You'll be glad you did!

Roxanne was very helpful getting a tech out. Jorge was on time and fixed the problem. I also got the annual maintenance program that will give me piece of mind this summer. I highly recommend this company

Robert was here to replace my water heater in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable of the situation at hand and very informative and up to date in codes and why things work the way they do and at times have failures. You'd be well served in hiring this firm to handle your hvac needs! Ulisses is very thorough, competent, patient, and above all honest. I found this firm via Facebook, and am in the process of collecting bids to changeout a 4 ton split heatpump. My installation presents couple of unique challenges, and Ulisses has been very wise in layout and addressing options. I've seen his work and it is excellent! Very refreshing to see in a world served by mostly corner cutting, overpriced hacks. His changeouts re-use what's practical, but replace everthing that is otherwise tired. His pricing is among the best you'll find too! Also look at his bid sheet! He delivers much more for your $ in his changeouts than most. You'd pay well over double for comparable services performed by the big bow tie corporate van guys!

PHX Air has helped me on so many levels. During Covid they put in a system into my HVAC to give better air and kill off viruses in the house. I had a guest smoke inside my house they help me get the smell out and give me fresh clean air. PHX has worked on 3 of my homes replacing and cleaning everything. Fair pricing, easy to get a hold of, does the work and is clean. Wouldn’t go anywhere else when it comes to my homes and AC

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!
