Excellent customer service and work!

My house had the original 60 year old tile roof so I couldn't complain much when it needed replacement. I had Allstate and two other well-regarded roofing companies come out for an estimate. Chad from Allstate was the one that seemed to be the most knowledgeable straight-talker. They really lived up to all these outstanding ratings. Every step along the way was pleasant and professional, from Veronica in the office to Nelson as the on-the-job supervisor. I hated to give up the tile, but these shingles are really beautiful. Come the monsoon season, I will be really glad I made this purchase.

My roof looks SO AWESOME! I cant say enough about how much I love the work that was done. The entire crew was nice and polite. The entire crew was courteous to my elderly father which was VERY IMPORTANT to me and after every one left my satellite was no longer working which caused my dad severe anxiety and Sheldon came over, got on the roof and calibrated it with my older son so my dad could relax.
The office staff also was very kind, kept me updated on everything and was very professional! THANK YOU to every one at TSM Roofing for making this a great experiance.

As a member of the Board of La Vida Buena HOA, I observed with gratitude the work that was performed by Renco to restore the roofs of our 27 buildings. The Renco crew performed admirably in every respect. We all especially appreciated the great responsiveness to questions and requests. We grew more confident in Renco as the work progressed over the five months of this big job. Despite working during the searing heat of our summer, Renco completed the job ahead of schedule. I was hesitant to ask for help for my roof. It's been a decade and since then, I have not done any maintenance for the roof thinking that it's gonna be costly for a repair . We moved into a new home and with the monsoon season hitting us this summer there was a leak in our roof. They came out that same day and took care of us at an affordable rate and they guarantee their work. My experience was excellent from the start. Korbin was a top notch salesman very knowledgeable about the whole roofing process. The project on my house took the expected 2 weeks. The guys always arrived on time and for at least 3/4 of the 2 weeks worked 10 hour days. They always cleaned up at the end of each day and were always polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install a metal roof
