Scott did exactly what he promised, and gave great advice on how to keep the bees from coming back after his removal. You can't help but make noise when doing construction but blaring music, singing at the the top of your lungs and making whooping noises like you're at a party at 7:30 in the morning, especially on a weekend or holiday, is uncalled for and just plain inconsiderate.
