From beginning to end, every aspect of getting our porch roof repaired was excellent. The office staff was pleasant when taking my calls. The estimator was prompt, clear and thorough and offered options which was greatly appreciated, and, there was no pressure to choose one option over the other.
The on-site supervisor was prompt and professional and pleasant to communicate with. The 3 roofers were also prompt, thorough and took appropriate precautions to keep the area free of debris, and completely cleaned up the surrounding area at the project completion. Finally, payment was simple and contained no surprises outside the original estimate and scope of work!

I called Lyons Roofing to repair a leak and they were able to get out here for a free estimate the next day. Dustin was very professional, and friendly. He was able to patch the leak and replace a roof tile same day. Also, explained to my husband how to seal additional small cracks and where they were located. Called a bunch of roofing companies and got multiple estimates. By far America Roofing was the most knowledgeable and experienced out of all of them. You can tell that Jason (the guy that came out) was highly experienced in roofing, honest and very upfront about everything. I had a 22 year old roof and was concerned about possible damage due to monsoons and other rain. I called stonecreek and they got back to me shortly to set up an inspection. They had a price with warranty that was better then the other 5 companies I talked to. I had the pleasure of working with Jerry, he was amazing and always quick to respond when I had a question. The workers were fast and professional and finished in 2 days. They replaced my roofs underlayment and well as some broken tiles and concrete. It's such a relief to have it done and they even had financing which was very helpful. Makes this your first and only call.

We had great experience with Lenin. He repaired water drain canal and the leak on the roof. He is very nice, punctual and charged reasonable price. We didn't feel any inconvinience while he was working on the roof. We are going to have him for installing the gutters too. We highly recommend him.

Our experience with Patterson Roofing was excellent. From start to finish, William and his team were communicative, caring, and professional. This company goes above and beyond for their customers. William took time out of his busy schedule to meet with us multiple times. The actual roof replacement was extremely efficient and the team made sure to clean up every shingle, nail, and debris. Clyde came to our company to gain our business. We manage 400 single-family homes throughout the valley. We gave him two work orders. One is over a month old and we still don't have an invoice although they claim the job is complete. The roof is still leaking and they say it is not on them because there are holes in the metal stacks. (So as a roofer I guess they won't do all of the roofing repairs - metal stacks in a roof are someone else's job???) Could have told us that a month ago so we could have avoided further secondary damage to this home for the owner and major inconvenience to our tenant.
Second job we gave them is still leaking with each rain. 16 days and counting waiting for a bid. We are reassigning the work order and will not use this company again.

I highly recommend Precision Roofing LLC, who recently performed a project for us. The quality of the work and craftsmanship was first rate. The price was fair and we were not charged anything beyond what was agreed to and the project was completed in the timeframe promised. The operation is extremely professional in all respects, from the initial estimate through the final walk through.

Referred by another roofer that was too busy. Very painless, scheduled pretty quickly, gave me an estimate, good communication before during and after, did the work, reasonable cost (didn't compare), all is well. I don't love that I had to do the repair, but at least this group made it easy. Would have liked a little better clean-up. I had to throw away a bunch of junk cement and wood pieces they left. That took 5 minutes, so not a huge deal.

Outstanding customer service. I called about tile roofing and they gave me the pros and cons and also suggestions. They didn't try and push a new roof on me which is great, but gave me the best options available for my home.
