We had a new home built with Lennar. They are the ones who hired this company. We had to have repairs done to our shower so they had to come out and take off the glass doors and reinstall them. They have not showed up twice now to reinstall the shower doors. We have been without our master shower for over a week. They don’t call to let you know they can’t make it or to reschedule. What a nightmare they are. I will say that the tech that comes out has always been pleasant but I would not hire them because of their poor time management and inability to let people know they can’t make it out.

What a difference!!! No more drafty and noisy windows. They work great. The installation crew was very professional and courteous. We are now looking forward to the savings on heating and cooling, and the new windows really enhance the look of the house.

We had a very good experience with our odd sized bathtub to walk-in shower conversion. We were told upfront that the project might take 10 weeks due to material shortages but it only took about 6 weeks. The company did keep in touch during that time.The project cost about $11,000 but that price seems justified by the quality of the materials and installation.Our installers, Jared W & Francis R, were fabulous! They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, and they were both friendly and respectful of our property and ourselves.I don't have anything bad to say about this experience.

This business is shady, I called them for windshields replacement I gave them all information they asked for, to get right size glass. When I arrived, they didn’t even have the right glass. I had to wait for 2 hours. Plus their advertisements are lies. This was my first and last time coming here for service.

Tyler came to my place of business and replaced the windshield on my 2018 Toyota C-HR.He was very nice and got the windshield done quickly.And he left my car cleaner than when he found it.I appreciate that very much.

I was referred to StarGlassPhoenix by my insurance company and I am so glad that they did instead of searching around on my own. Someone from the company (Brian) called me within the hour. I scheduled an appointment that would best work for me and he said someone would come out to the location wherever would work best. Clayton messaged me to let me know he was minutes away and when he was here even after he was done. Super satisfied with this company and I would definitely recommend them to everyone and keep them in my contacts if I ever needed them again. Try them out for yourself, you won’t regret it !!

Great co. For your car windshield. Overpriced for any other than that. We're looking to get glass cut for a table. They were at least two times more expensive than other companies. It's not any different than glass it's just different people selling it. This is not a case you get what you pay for. However I was very happy with their service and their quality when replacing windshields. So I would suggest hiring this company to do your windshield and not glass for a table.

Update 2:
After following up with the customer service team, I got my car detail scheduled and completed. The guy was honest about breaking one of the sun visor clips, koodos to him! SafePro reimbursed me for the clip.
I finally got the incentive check they promised to rush me... it came after the reimbursement check (which I thought was crazy).

I'd recommend these guys for anybody in the market. It was a messy transaction that I had. However, I could tell that they really cared by the way the worked so hard to make it right.

Update:
The windshield was just installed. First thing I noticed was that they didn't replace the glass with the same tinting as before. I had a blue/grey tint at the top of the windshield that was present since I had bought the car. On the phone I told Taylor that I had that tint. I'm not sure why he put tint=no on the work order.

I don't look forward to doing any repeat business with this company since I didn't get the product I wanted.

Great Customer Service! I spoke with Taylor (ext 125). He was able to promote his services by explaining the warranty and benefits of the glass and how the shop is a preferred shop by the insurance company. It's great to shop local and quality!
Plus, I got a rebate as well, matched the best rebate I found online.
