Needed a repair for a busted water line pipe underneath a section of the driveway. Charlie was quick to respond, professional, and came with a fair price. The job was completed earlier than scheduled which was great. Charlie and his guys did a great job with the demo and repour and Charlie himself went over and above with the repair/replacement of the busted pvc pipe. He wanted to ensure there were no leaks before pouring. I'm very happy with the service provided. I'd like to add also that his office staff is extremely professional and very friendly. Over all the business used quality materials and all the labor workers were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and flexible. However, I am extremely disappointed in the salesman and administration. No one updated me on the schedule except the date. I have no idea the time of arrival except for 30 minutes notice (luckily I work from home so it's not an issue) but a plan would have been appreciated. Also I was never told me about other workers that would need to come before to prep for the work needed. Again I work from home so it's not a huge deal but I had to reschedule a couple of times because of this lack of information. Lastly, there was no update of how, where, or when I needed to pay or even what my remainder balance. As a business owner that supplies superior customer service I suggest they update their process to include basic schedules, payment and expectations of the process to the clients in email and phone calls. This will help your customers be prepared and leave better reviews.

Ociel’s team did a good job and he was initially very responsive. Post job I noticed one area needed to be refinished and cracks that at the very least needed to be patched, no big deal. However, I’ve left multiple voicemails, sent texts, still no response. My next option is the legal route. Don’t hire a company or man who can’t stand behind their work and disappears as soon as the money’s in his pocket. Stay away from Prosperity Construction, go with anyone else.

Tim S came out to inspect my parents foundation. They had Arizona Foundation out and the person did nothing but hit them with high pressure sales tactics. Tim was the opposite and listened to my parents and allowed them to express their concern's. If my parents end up needing their foundation fixed, they will definitely use Ram Jack.

They need to have a serious talk with their employees about texting and driving and going the speed limit. Especially driving down 44th St. the morning of April 26th.
