We recently had our roof replaced by Brown Roofing and they did an incredible job. Craig Brown was knowledgeable, courteous and finished the job early and had the best price of the three contractors I quoted. I am not sure how the job could have gone any better! If you need a new roof in the Phoenix area, call Brown Roofing - you won't be disappointed.

These guys offer the recommendations needed. Very good work. Liked them from the estimate to the finished work. Had other offers but no one beat them. Very honest and reliable. Would definitely use them again. Also offer interest free financing. What a deal!!

I've used Lyons Roofing three times over the last few years. Once to seal coat our foam roof, once to totally replace the foam roof which had been damaged by hail, and another time to replace a tile roof. Each time was a very good experience. The project leaders were responsive to questions and our concerns, and the work was done on schedule and on budget each time. Lyons also came when I called about some minor roof damage caused by tree branches and fixed the problem under warranty. I found the office employees who answer the phone to have very positive attitude and to be eager to help.

Called this company TJ came out a few weeks later for an estimate. He said I would get it in a few days. A month later I had to reach out to him to get the quote. I followed up with a few questions. No response. I guess they don't want my business. Save your time and call a company who cares.

BEWARE! We used Almeida for a tear off on our house in Mesa. We promptly sent our 50% deposit so they would start our project. From day 1 there was a lot of miscomunication. They forgot to install the fascia that we specifically asked for and also forgot to reconnect certain utilities such as our hot water heater exhaust, and other things. They sent an invoice out but the job was NOT done. We called to ask them and could not get a hold of anyone, no one ever called us back, then randomly one day another person was at our house finishing these items. There was no communication whatsoever. They don’t have control over their own jobs and have the worst service. When I got the final bill I noticed there was decking on it. Since I’m not a professional roofer I didn’t know what that is, I emailed to ask and the owner was extremely rude to me, I was so shocked that an owner of any company would talk to me that way. I then asked for photos, after viewing I promptly mailed my second check to pay the balance. They cashed our first check 2/8/22 and our 2nd on 4/5, it had to be mailed from a different state, they didn’t offer us another way to pay. The invoice was dated 2/17 however our roof was not finished until 3/28/22. On that day the owner emailed us stating things were done and to please remit payment. Just 2 days later they filed a 20 day lien notice. Then a couple weeks later I received a 2nd 20 day lien notice. Many weeks after we have been paid in full.
As I look at our communication the emails with my questions are the same day they filed this lien, truly the owner is being vengeful. She gave me grief about the payment taking about 5 days, but we live out of state and the only way to pay them is to send a check in the mail. My questions were valid and I didn’t deserve the rude replies, let alone a lien notice. I complained to the BBB, her response to the complaint was that I cannot read and was not involved in this project. I certainly can read and I've owned this home for 20 years, all checks were from me and I am certainly the customer.
This is unacceptable in so many ways, they should be ashamed. Sorry for the rant but people need to know this before working with them. Pay more and hire a company that values your business.

I have needed a roof on my shop for years, it filled up with water every time it rained. I didn't have the money to replace it but couldn't go any longer with it the way it was. I used Castile Roofing because they we the cheapest contractor I could find. Being they were cheaper than everyone else I expected a half way decent job but I never expected them to perform the way they did. Fantastic job guys! you were on schedule and it looks awesome! Knowledgiable company that does good work. We had them do 3 cool roofs and service 7 others all at the same time.once and they did it in a timely manner. Only one minor incident and the company addressed the problem immediately. They are really on top of things.

We had roof damage back in Aug 2021. We had difficulty with the Insurance Company. Zona (Ryan) helped us with information. We had to wait until Jan 2022 to finally get the repairs done because of the Ins Co. Then rain hit us a couple of times and Zona helped us get our repairs done VERY quickly. The men were respectful, cleaned up after themselves and did a great Job. Thank you so much for ALL of your help.
