Sereno Custom Fence never showed up at our arranged time to give me an estimate. We called to find out what was going on, but no one would answer the phone call or respond to text messages. Not sure how they are rated so highly.

I hired Fence Builders Phoenix to install a fence at my home. Armando was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He listened to what we needed and came up with great suggestions to help make our vision come true. His crew arrived early every morning and cleaned up each day before leaving for the day. We couldn't be happier with our choice of companies to work with on this project.

Had the parts I needed highly recommend.

I called for 4 straight weeks for a simple quote on some powder coating on some wrought iron panels. I gave the description, quantity, size, number of panels and posts. I gave my number email etc. was constantly told I’ll hear back but never did. I run a fence company have a lot of business for someone.

Had a section of my wall replaced due to tree root damage. They had to cut down the blocks to match the rest of the wall which was very labor intensive. They did a great job and the wall looks amazing.

Did a great job on my pool filter shade and my RV gate. I would definitely recommend.

Making an appointment was easy and I was provided an email confirmation with the time and technician's name. Appointment ended up being a little later than scheduled due to a technician calling out that day - and we understand things don't always goes as planned. But rather than just cancelling us they called to let us know and we were fine with the later time. Fabian showed up Friday a little before 5pm and despite what I'm sure was the end of a long day and a long week (and working again the next day), he could not have been more pleasant and professional. We went over the issue with our gate and he got right to work. When he was done he had us check that the gate was working (it was working perfectly and the work areas was clean) and let us know that they guarantee their work for a year.
