I had Allstate do a tear off and replace of my shingle roof in Sun City West.
Was completed satisfied with the whole operation.
Had a problem with satellite dish and had to move it after job was done.
Allstate came back and fixed repair area with no debate.
I call that service above and beyond the call of duty.

We are in the process of getting a house ready for sale and I noticed broken roof tiles. Very quickly Sheldon sent one of his workers over and he made the house ready for sale. Dustin spent his time inspecting and repairing the roof. Thanks to TSM I am confident in no roof issues during the sale of the house

The Ky-Ko team, from sales to the office staff to the roofers, were phenomenal. Timely responses to questions, return calls, and working with our insurance company was excellent. The team of 10 that tore our old roof off and re-roofed (all in one day!) were unbelievable. They worked together, did a professional job and cleaned everything up. My roof had storm damage. My patio roof was falling apart from termites. I found out from my next door neighbor that Stonecreek replaced her roof. They did a good job and no complaints.
I checked Yelp and the BBB for their reviews as well. No problems. Okay, let’s give them a try.

I take that back. There was one. The roof on the house was fantastic, but the patio roof was even better. To me, way better than anticipated. They used a lot more wood supports than before.
Quality craftsmanship throughout. For the patio roof rebuild, they were a few thousand $ less than two other quotes. I would highly recommend Stonecreek to anyone.

After a bad storm, our roof had maybe a dozen tiles that were damaged. We were referred by a friend and Mikku & Sons Roofing came out within a day to repair the roof. They even brought matching paint to paint the cement joints! They were speedy, professional and went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

(Realtor Review) I was notified on Friday evening just before a holiday weekend that the roof needed to have an inspection done in order for the appraisal to be finalized. Not only was this a holiday weekend but we were set to close the following Tuesday. I called a few roofing companies and while some did answer no one had anyone available. Alfonso with Castile Roofing called me back and was able to get my request to his guy Don. First thing Sunday morning Don was on location going over the roof as well as getting into the attic. The photographs that Don took were very thorough, he did find a few needed repairs but was able to complete them right away. Alfonso was able to get me the roof certification that he knew would be needed by the lender. Overall I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from Alfonso and Don and will 100% be referring their company to any of my clients that need an inspection.

Patterson fully re-roofed my house 5 years ago. Last month, part of the roof fell apart in strong winds. I asked them for a repair and the cost. After asking me several questions, to which I replied, they ghosted me completely. Now I have to find a better company and pay hundreds to fix the shoddy work that they don't stand by.

UPDATE in response to business owner's comment. I replied to your last email on Feb. 17, 2023. You ignored it, and I followed up on Feb. 21 and Mar. 8 by email, no reply from you, and it didn't bounce back, so you did indeed receive a message from me. I'm glad to furnish copies as proof. But now you give me a phone number that you didn't answer and cannot accept voicemails because the mailbox is full. I affirm that I do not recommend this business.

From the initial estimate, to the actual repair, Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling has been great to work with. Initially I was quoted 4 days to complete the work, but in actuality the job was done in 3! Plus, the cost of the repair was substantially lower than several other estimates I had received from other companies in the valley - one thousand dollars less to be exact! I couldn't be more happy with the service, quality of work and overall cost. I would recommend Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling to anyone.

Ask for Zach and everything will be PERFECT. We had an insurance approved full roof replacement and everyone at multipro went above and beyond to fight for everything that insurance was supposed to cover and pay for. These guys know how to work with insurance companies on your behalf and did a perfect job on the roof. Zach spent half and hour on the phone with me before even coming to my residence and before I even committed to using the company and he went through every question with thorough detail. I recommend these guys to anyone! Oh and they are actually honest. Thanks Zach and Multipro

I had called Stapleton roofing for a roof replacement. They sent out a kid that couldn't be older than 21 years old. He hardly knew what he was talking about or doing even with me pointing him to all the areas of the roof that needed extra attention. I waited a whole week to get a proposal and nothing. I then called them back and they had concerns because I had a flat roof. Mind you I don't need any work done to my flat at all. I only need my shingles to be replaced. The comment they made was they would need to redo my flat roof as well if they wanted me to do the shingles. Which makes no sense. And then instead of giving me a proposal anyways they stated I was just going to be over 12k I didn't provide any back up to what they were talking about. There's no way my roof would cost that much. and even if it did they didn't even take the time to write up an appropriate proposal. If you don't want to do the job just say that.

We wanted to replace our 45 year old tile roof with a metal roof for improved appearance and longevity. The team from Vertex did a wonderful job educating us on the materials and options, and then gave us a fair price, too. Installation went well, except that it rained for almost two solid weeks midway through the job. Any sign of trouble during the rains and the crew was there to address it day or night. The house looks great and we’ve seen energy bills go down, too. Can’t recommend these folks enough! (I waited to review until after a good long rain storm—almost 9 months later. No leaks!!!)
