Larry came out and fixed my master bath sinks. He did a great job. Was very friendly and personable as well as knowledgeable. He let me know what else heart has offer. Larry didn’t roll his eyes or make fun of me on how I temporarily fixed my sink with gorilla tape and aluminum foil. He was patient while I dealt with my toddler. He cleaned up after himself and my sink was cleaner when he left then when he got here which I greatly appreciate and am very thankful for! They are a great company. My only complaint is that they were pretty expensive. Almost $700 to replace the sink stopper and silver ring at the bottom of the drain on 2 sinks seems steep and that was at member pricingUpdate: When I had my sinks fixed, I signed up for membership since it made it cheaper and you get complimentary services. I had the plumbing, electrician and hvac come out for their complimentary check. I don’t like being scared and pressured into fixing stuff. HVAC said I needed a entirely new panel and they would need to trench and it would cost almost 21,000. No additions have been done on this house so I don’t see a need for increased amps. HVAC said I needed $3000 of work on a system that is 22 years old. No point to put much money into it when it won’t last much longer. Lastly, the plumber wanted $3000 but insisted one portion is a safety issue and needed to be fixed today since it is leaking carbon monoxide. They wanted over $600 for just that and over 1300 for that and the pressure reduction valve. I didn’t have that kind of money and no co alarm had gone off. I called another plumber who said it was barely bent, he doubts it was leaking carbon monoxide however he redid it and fixed the pressure reduction valve for under $500 total! Heart wanted over 1300. That’s ridiculous. I told the other plumber how much I paid for the sink stopper and silver ring on 2 sinks and he said I had gotten taken. It should have not cost that much. Shouldn’t even have costed half that much. Called today to cancel and was told that they understand others come in cheaper but they have a lifetime warranty. I don’t care. Not with how expensive you are and scare tactics to try to get me to fix something day of for extremely expensive. Their bedside manner isn’t worth that much compared to other plumbers! I have warned family and friends to not bother with this company.

I was very impressed with the whole process of booking an appointment online to the quick response I received and the immediate dispatch of a service professional named Ryan to come and diagnose the problem. After the initial call, Collin and Laine came to install a new AC system to replace our 20+ year old unit, and they were true pros! They were polite, courteous and friendly, and and got the job done with the utmost quality. I will definitely be calling Absolute for any future HVAC maintenance. Highly recommend!!

We live in a house with 80 year old plumbing. Eric and Andrei were up to the task of replacing all the drains in our bathroom. They thought it might be a relatively easy job but ended up chipping their way through four inches of concrete to get the old pipes out. They remained cheerful throughout the whole process, and their ingenuity and perseverance were amazing. We would recommend Eric and Andrei for any plumbing need. Dr. Fixit is a company that has been reliable and fair during all the years we have been requesting service from them.

Bruce from AAARK came to my house to work on the bath tub diverter. He did all he could to fix the existing tub spout, but it was to old and damaged . He and his co-worker Travis were both professional and polite. They stayed beyond 5 pm to get the work done. They were up front with my price options and at no time made me feel as if I was being taken advantage of. I have used this company before for other work and have never had a bad experience.

Robert was a big help! He took care of the shower drain and got it working again. He went above and beyond and took care of the sink drain too. The service with Applewood Plumbing has always been a real good experience. It’s why we are Gold members with them. Knowing that the work will be done correctly gives you a peace of mind. They do a good job of educating on the issue(s) which allows you to know how to maintain things. Very pleased with them.

I bought a newly-rennovated house that was over 40 years old and still had the original gas-fired boiler providing baseboard heat to all 3 floors. After having a very negative experience with the company I initially hired to inspect the system, I was fortunate enough to find Blue Sky. (First company charged $150 for inspection and said everything was working properly. After I moved in a month later it became obvious that this was totally incorrect: the system didn’t work at all! I wouldn’t have completed the purchase if I had known.)It was a totally different experience with Blue Sky. They provided great service: prompt, very efficient, and the technician explained everything he would be doing and why, as well as answering all my questions. The system is now working beautifully, and the work was completed for a very fair price.Blue Sky came highly recommended and I can see why! I called Golden West after a recommendation from a neighbor, and it was the best decision. We needed to completely replace all of the original galvanized steel water lines from 1969, and after inquiring on the phone, they sent out Will LeGrand to run an inspection and deliver an estimate. Will did an outstanding job setting expectations for the project, and took the time on his first visit to explore the house and crawl space to deliver an accurate diagnostic and estimate. I appreciate that everything done was digitally, too (he took photos on an iPad and typed up notes that could then be shared with me). He also was incredibly respectful of the house, always putting on shoe-covers before walking around inside. Plus, he's just a friendly guy! Clearly loves his line of work, and it shows as he conducts himself personally, and professionally.Once I decided to move forward with the project, after having a couple other companies come in to deliver estimates, I determined that Golden West was the most thorough when it came to diagnosing the problem and providing an incredibly fair market-price, with a great warranty.When it finally came to getting the work done, the team was fantastic. It only took them one day to completely remove all of the old galvanized steel, and replace it all with PEX and copper. This wasn't a small endeavor, and I'm so glad I decided to pull the trigger on it. Everything in the crawlspace looks organized and intentional. And most of the exposed material in the house is copper. Looks great. Plus, throughout the whole process, Will would keep me up-to-date with progress and provide insight into what the team was working on, or any snags that came up. I also have to mention that their dispatch team would always contact me before anyone would show up to make sure I was home and expecting an arrival. Also, incredibly friendly! Little things like that really do go a long way.Payment options are flexible too. I was able to put a percent down on completion of the project, then finance the remaining balance over 18 months, 0% APR.
