Ask for service to handle a home inspection request. The technician (Dave Newman) explained that the requested “repairs” were unnecessary for my unit. He wrapped a pipe for a cosmetic fix, wrote up a report and charged only the dispatch fee. A very professional and honest company and technician.

Korey W came over to do yearly maintenance on our furnance when he inspected our water heater and noticed it was leaking he suggested some things we could do. He wasn’t pushy at all he gave us a lot of information, and helped us get the questions we had answered about our water heater. He was also pretty cool guy over all & made the appt easy for my husband and i. We have gotten our AC, furnance, and now our new water heater through this company & we highly recommend them & Korey W. You won’t be disappointed.

Josh was our service/technician. He was extremely proactive in explaining the way he would go about doing the work and the upfront pricing to us. We had a particularly difficult issue with a dead circuit and he was very thorough in resolving our issue. His friendly and explanatory personality was a real delight! Justin replaced 5 smoke detectors and fixed 2 outlets in my house. His work was quick and efficient. He took the time to explain how the detectors work and the warranty information. I would definitely use this company again.

My experience from start to finish was great! Thorough when explaining what the issue was and what my replacement options were. The customer service was great. They went above and beyond to get everything up and running in no time.

Aaron did a great job repairing the leak on the water valve to our toilet. He gave a very good explanation of what happened and how it needed to be repaired. Also made recommendations on how to prevent this from happening in our other bathrooms. Next time we need plumbing repairs we will request Aaron.

The tech showed up for a “free” inspection of my ac unit. He tore it all apart and said it need $4000 in repair. Then called in a “Manager” who proceeded to try and sell me a $15k brand new system. When I said I didn’t think that was necessary he said “ Well how about it $7500 for a new AC”. I could smell his dirty salesman pitch from across the table so I said no. Then he said “well we could just do the 4k in repairs”. I agreed and asked about financing but after the financing company needed more documentation they literally stopped talking to me and left. Leaving all of my hvac stuff completely exposed and tore apart.When I called for a second opinion I was able to get the repair done for $1500 as it was just a loose nut slowly leaking coolant over time and a bad blower motor. Finishing in less than an hour.What a joke of a company, beware of aggressive salesmanship and poor diagnosis( or maybe they were just trying to rip me off from the get go).You’ve been warned!!! Be careful!!!’

Crazy pricing $750.00 to install a faucet is highway robbery... def shop around ... workerers are super nice .... don't do it ...I bought a faucet it was an easy install and was quoted $754.00 ... no way ... this was a 30 min min job at most... CRAZY PRICING

Tipping Hat came in to replace a propane water heater with an electric one. Everything from the estimate where the master electrician came to the installation in a better location was done in a few hours. The area was left clean and all our questions were answered . Brandon, Elijah & Matt were great!

Golden West is absolutely the best plumbing and heating company in denver. They prove their care and dedication through their outstanding and very friendly staff. They are always on time, professional and very proficient. When my ancient furnace finally quit two years ago at the end of October I knew I needed to get a new one and fast.. but where would I go for high quality work at a great price. My friend recommended me to Golden West. I had never heard of the company having used Brothers in the past, but trusting my good friend I called them up. Right away a service man named Chris showed up at my house and gave me my quote. He was so professional and knew everything. He was able to replace my furnace starting the very next day. Now 2 years later my furnace appeared to be making noises, so I called up Golden West. I was so happy they were able to come the very next day, and couldn't be happier when I saw Chris at my door. He spent a lot of time checking the furnace and making sure that everything was working great. He couldn't find a problem with the furnace, and instead of quitting there since it was not a furnace issue, he continued to go through issues he thought it might be and he discovered that my gas meter is now ancient and was the one making the funny noises. All I had to do was call Xcel energy, and they are coming to replace it free of charge. There was no service fee to pay Golden West for this discovery, checking the furnace or for coming to my house at all. All I can say is, Golden West is the place to call with any heating or plumbing issues (sorry Brothers) and Chris is the guy to get your problems fixed!!!!!

Kenneth Foust, owner of Electrical Solutions is a liar and a coward in the way he conducts business.
I would encourage anyone needing the help of an electrician, or an honest person to look elsewhere.
