It's never easy to spend the money some of these things cost, but she walked us through each item and took the time to make sure we understood what we needed and why. Dutch Creek Electric is amazing. I requested a 60A hardwire quote for my new EV charger on the website. They got back to me within a day which is faster than most other quotes I requested from competitors. They let me know that based on the photos I provided that my main panel was full. They were able to quote me out for both a 60A and 100A subpanel. They let me decide which route I was going to take. Once they arrived for the install, they went into detail about my options for having them run the conduit. After the decision was made, they were able to get the new subpanel and charger installed quickly. They tested to make sure that everything worked correctly and that I was happy before leaving. Highly recommended.

I hired Justin back in April to work on relighting my kitchen and small dining room area. He also updated my electrical panel. He did a great job, was very knowledgeable and worked professionally. I will be hiring Justin again for further renovations in my condo and recommend him highly.

Kai helped me today by replacing a dimmer switch with a standard toggle switch. Not a big job but it really helped me out. Also, my dog thought he hung the moon by the time he was all done. Super personable, friendly, and professional.

Jon seemed very concerned with my project and kept in constant contact.Mistakes were made by the HOA that were not Doctor Fix Its fault, but Jon took responsibility and made it right.Excellent service by Jon.

Aaark Total Home Services was called for no heat. The 15 year old furnace would have needed $1200 in repairs with no guarantees as to what may break next or when. The furnace was replaced, the 15 year old water heater was replaced preemptively and a new humidifier was put on the unit. A big project that Aaark Total Home Services managed expertly. They had five trucks to the house to get everything done in a day. They took excellent care of the house with runners and clean shoes/boots, and care to not hit anything when hauling old and new equipment. I would highly recommend Aaark for all your home care needs. I've been extremely happy with the service Applewood provides. The representatives handling the phones are professional and extremely responsive. The updates they send confirming appointments and notifying me of their technicians' ETAs are timely and pretty accurate; this allows me to actually plan my day around the service visit. One of their Master Electricians--Britton Tarango--has been out to my house a couple of times and I can't recommend him highly enough. He's extremely friendly, respectful of my home, patient with my ridiculous dog, and is happy to narrate the work he is doing so I can get a little more educated on the inner-working of my house.

So I called because my furnace was short cycling and my house was very cold. They had Austin Hinkle stop by to take a look at it, and instead of leaving space heaters for the day like expected he actually fixed the problem and got us heat again. Austin was professional and knowledgeable making this a very pleasant experience. He also got us setup with a affordable service plan I was unaware of to avoid future problems.

New boiler replacement was like a piece of art, best work I have ever seen. Answered all my questions. The first plumbing company I worked with refused to clean the existing boiler (worried they might break something) and provided a quote to replace boiler almost double the quote from Tipping Hat. Floyd really knows his way around boilers.

Wes was the technician that came out on Sunday, Nov. 7th. He arrived within 45 minutes of my call. Wes is very knowledgeable and kind. I called Golden West yesterday morning when my not even 4 year old furnace was not heating like it should. It was cycling on and off but no warm air was coming from the vents. The HVAC company I normally use was booked and couldn't make it out till Sunday. I was concerned that my furnace would not run through the night so I wanted to find someone who could come out that day just to see what could be going on. I called Golden West. They did have time and put me down for an appointment in the late afternoon as an after hours service call but called me a few hours later to say they had had some cancellations and a tech could be out in 45 min. if that would work for me. I was delighted!!Andy (along with Luis) came out and tested my furnace. Andy was very knowledgeable and answered my questions and explained what he was doing. Everything looked good and was running fine. I'd mentioned to Andy I'd had issues with the flame sensor in the past so he did check that and cleaned it, which it was pretty dirty. He made sure everything was working correctly and ran some more tests. He said that it was working fine and was not seeing any issues with anything. I am pleased to report that I did not have any issues last night with my furnace nor today. I am very pleased that Golden West was able to fit me in so I could get this resolved and ease my worry about having heat through the frigid night. I highly recommend this company!! I also appreciate this company being able to fit me in on such short notice and being able to get out sooner than expected!! Andy and Luis did a GREAT job and am very pleased with their professionalism and expertise. I am so pleased to have found an Exceptional company to call for future issues!
