We had a clog in our toilet around 8:30am, called immediately for a service call. They told us between 12-2:00pm. They had a cancellation within 15 minutes, called me back and before 9:45am all was fixed. Mark was incredibly helpful, quick, and COVID-19 conscious! Great experience and would highly recommend.

Isaac identified the issue almost immediately and promptly completed the repair. He was very professional and took care to explain the issue and repair without a big sales pitch. Highly recommend!

The owner is very friendly and kind. His first priority is safety and will double check to make sure everything is done properly. He puts safety over making money and will lower the price in the name of safety. Highly recommend. We will be having him come back to do more projects.

Update: our remodel plans changed so we called Joe back to correctly install the laundry hook ups and permanently close up an oddly placed toilet. We are set to move forward with our remodel plans.Joe was on time, wore shoe covers, and explained the options to us. The bathroom/laundry room is getting remodeled so in the end it wasn't worth the money to fix the current problem. We appreciate him being open and honest about that. He took the time to answer others questions we had as well. We will call again if we should ever need plumbing help.

William G. did electrical work for us from new fixture installation to wiring for new closet installation throughout our home. He can be trusted. William was focused on helping us find the right fixtures and getting the best possible results for us. William treated our home like it was his home! We will call him again and highly recommend him.

This is an overdue review but so happy with the work and service the guys at AAARK provided for us. Me and my husband were looking to convert a basement closet space to a second bathroom and after months of searching, knew we ended up with the right guys after meeting them. They dug up concrete, installed an ejector pit and got all the water lines running for the second bathroom. I also sprung for the warranty and maintenance check and there were a few things along the way they would point out and make other recommendations for which was helpful. Overall, super happy!

William called 25 minutes prior to arrival. When he showed up he got right to work and figured out why our A/C wasn’t working. It was an easy fix but most technicians would not have been diligent enough to find it. I will definitely call Applewood again.

Friendly, on time, professional. Prices are out of control. Probably not specific to this company. But if you can safely figure out your problem with YouTube, a friend or a cheaper handyman, I advise it. We needed a pro for our issue but we paid for it! $$$

Michael Osborne came out last week to troubleshoot an electrical issue with our kitchen. While he was here, we asked about an issue with the electricity to our pond. Then we asked if he could install an outdoor motion light. He didn't hesitate to fix all three issues even though we called him out only for one. He was very courteous and wore his mask the whole time. He took the time to explain what was causing the issues, how he would fix them and how much each would be. This is the third time I've had AAA to my house. I have used all three services - Plumbing, Heating, and Electric. Each time they have been courteous, professional and cost competitive. They canceled our initial apt for a furnace tune up. We rescheduled. Then they canceled our follow up apt and referred us to someone else. They never said why they wouldn’t come out to our house. I wouldn’t use them. Absolutely ridiculous and awful customer service.

Jay arrived at our location before the scheduled appointment
and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and have it repaired. Seemed to care a lot about the customers. Definitely recommend him for future work.

This is a great company. The customer service is one of the best I have experienced. Call on the weekend - even after hours - someone answers - someone that is helpful. I use them for my air conditioner. Carlos their Tec on my service call was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, explained what he was doing, asked if I had questions and put on booties every time he entered my house. Carlos did a great job being the face of the company. I would use this company again and would recommend them - my experience was just that great.
