Martin is hard working, extremely knowledgeable in all things electrical, efficient, prompt, clean work zone and I could go on. The only thing I have done in my own house for the last 30 years is change the light bulbs. Everything else I call Martin.

I did a search yesterday for a good HVAC company for my air conditioning that started leaking wildly at the end of the season last year. It still worked but my basement was covered in water. I spent the winter, terrified, worried that I'd get a bad company as well as afraid that it would be scarily expensive. I was especially worried because I count on a cool home in the summer. I contacted a few companies that had good reviews but somehow was led to Absolute. Brooke answered their phone and was vibrant and kind and professional. She was able to make an appointment for me for today(!) at a time that worked really well for me. Of course I was still nervous because that's how I roll- and we all know that anything could happen, reality-wise. Isaac showed up right on time, ready to put booties on to protect my floors and was as totally nice and professional as a human could possibly be! He immediately put me at ease and got to his diagnosis. He already had a pretty good idea what the problem was! He did a test that confirmed his suspicions and then showed me on his iPad what my choices were for the fix as well as options for a more ongoing plan that included the all-important furnace cleaning and a 2 times a year visit to make sure the AC and the heat were in tip top shape. All three options were affordable and reasonable in their scope. Honestly, I was so impressed with Isaac as well the great communication with Brooke that I went for the long-term plan. It's such a relief to know a company with awesome service providers like Isaac! I am so happy to be a member of their great affordable service going forward. I have never dealt with a company that really goes the extra mile for their customers like Absolute does. I'm so impressed with them. I'll always call them and never worry ever again about HVAC stuff! OH! AND they have electrical people, too! Tomorrow I have an appointment with Mike who will help me with an outlet that has worried me for awhile! My electrical and HVAC worries are over! I'm so happy! He not only knew his stuff but his great energy made the visit even more amazing. I've had issues over the years with workmen in my house which often keeps me from hiring people when work on my house is needed. Mike today (and Isaac yesterday) have put all those hesitations to rest. I'm so happy to have found this amazing qualified company- especially because of the kind, respectful service providers like Mike!

We worked with Tyler at Dutch Creek Electric. They showed up when promised, explained everything beforehand including different prices depending on was found, Explained what the problem was when it was found( I always want to understand what happened, even if I may not get all the details.) and dealt with things that I was not expecting them to deal with( Hornets, and a lot of them). They were quick, professional, and respectful. I would use them again in a second and recommend them to my friends in a heart beat

Sonny vigil did a big plumbing job for me he is affordable efficient and very respectful. He showed up every day until the job was complete. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing or any other kind of work on their home

I hired Justin back in April to work on relighting my kitchen and small dining room area. He also updated my electrical panel. He did a great job, was very knowledgeable and worked professionally. I will be hiring Justin again for further renovations in my condo and recommend him highly.

Ryan was my service man, he was cordial, courteous & completely honest! He said my 2 units were considered “commercial” but he looked at them to see if they were actually in need of repair. He found that the filter on both units needed to be cleaned. Once that was done, he tested them & said they would be good for a long time. THANK YOU Ryan!!

Tipping Hat, Amber and her crew Alden, Corey, William, Zach and the plumber Chris did an outstanding Job. Our AC died and it turned out we had to replace both Furnace and AC as the HVAC was from 1993. Amber guided us through the process and could answer all our questions and concern in the most professional way. This is a big investment for most of us and it is a jungle to know were to go, we had 10 different contractor, all good but Tipping Hat walked the extra mile. We decided on a Monday, Amber sent her crew in on Tuesday and by 5PM same day all was done and in perfection. Also want to mention Alden, we had flooding in our neighborhood and we were concerned if our sump pump worked. Alden dropped everything and dived in, saw it was dead and had Chris coming out within the hour, got a new sump pump and made sure it was per code as our house have a few years. So with all that I highly recommend Tipping Hat and especially crew mentioned, couldn't be more happy. The Mare Family
