I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

It has been said that “word-of-mouth” is one of the best forms of advertising. That being said, a good friend recommended Heart to me when my water heater failed. What an amazing experience! Within a few hours of my call, Master Plumber Doug Hammond showed up at my condo to assess the situation and give me some options. I received three options along with thorough explanations for each and recommendations based on several potential scenarios. Based on the options and recommendations I was quickly able to make an informed decision. Doug returned a few days later (after the new water heater arrived) and removed the defective water heater. Then there was a bit of a delay while we waited for two water damage companies to come and assess any potential microbial damage and send estimates for that repair if necessary. Once that was taken care of, Doug returned and installed the new water heater. The process of removing and replacing the water heater was clean and tidy. The turnaround time on this project was three days, and technically only two days taking into consideration the almost one-week water damage assessment delay. Doug is a consummate professional! He is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and 100% all about customer service. His work ethic of doing the job right and doing it right the first time is unsurpassed! Throughout the entire process he answered my numerous questions with patience, honesty and an incredible sense of humor! It was an absolute pleasure getting to now Doug and a privilege to have him in my home for this project!I would also like to give a shout out to the numerous Customer Service folks I talked to throughout this project. They were kind, courteous and about getting the job done! As I stated earlier, “word-of-mouth” is one of the best ways to advertise. To that end, I recommended Heart to my neighbor who was having trouble with her water heater. She had the privilege of working with another one of your professionals, Larry Barela. She had called me to relight her pilot and there were complications which prompted the arrival of Larry. Again, another outstanding experience working with him as he assisted my neighbor in removing and replacing her water heater, as well as a couple of other minor things not directly related to the job he was initially called to do!Needless to say, my experience with Heart was OUTSTANDING! We had several small electrical problems in our house, so i called the Wirenut based on what many other people were saying about them. DO NOT USE BROTHERS PLUMBING! They came out for an annual check up on our furnace that was working fine. The technician told us the blowers were out and the motor was going out and if we did not repair it carbon monoxide was going to blow into our house. He wanted $9,031.00 to repair our furnace that was not quite 5 years old. Got a 2nd opinion and the Technician said there was absolutely nothing wrong with our furnace and he could tell that the Brothers Tech did not even completely look at the furnace by the lack of fingerprints in the unit. Called Brothers and they said someone would call back and never received a call back.

I used Dr. Fix It for my plumbing and they did such a great job that i decided to use them for some electrical issues I was having. Tim came out and fixed dome breakers in the panel box, some outside security lights, and a few outlets. He was quick and thorough and pointed out a few more things that I should pay attention to over the long term. The price was really fair too! Thanks again Tim I really appreciate your expertise and thanks Dr. Fix It, I'm glad to have company like you around where I can get a lot of my house-hold systems fixed all at one place.

AAARK has taken good care of our boiler, evaporative cooler and general plumbing needs for years. Michael recently solved a water heater problem that had stumped every other plumber. He was bright, courteous and very professional and stuck with the job over several visits to make sure it was done right.

Frank is awesome. I hired Frank not knowing anything about him or his business. I found Absolute Mechanical on Google and noticed that his business was in my area and I need someone asap to clean & service the furnace, repair a gas pipe, and redo some ventilation. Frank was on time, friendly, and his work was excellent!

Marcus and his team are great! Always my go to for heating and cooling. Stephen showed up early and got the job done quickly!

Frank came to our house yesterday to fix a leak and replace a valve under our sink so that we can install a new appliance. He was a really nice guy, explained everything to us, and went above and beyond to make sure we wouldn’t run into any issues with the new dishwasher. Applewood had him out to our house within 24 hours and he was able to fix everything in less than 2 hours. It was a great experience and we will definitely continue using Applewood.

terrible - had an issue with them with an A/C went with out A/C for six weeks. No call not following up - tried to be understanding and called them again for a heating issue ... that was nearly three months ago. Epic Epic Fail. When I called and spoke with them the lady (owner) was terrible and tried to say it was my fault!

Want to say thank you and to give kudos to Uli Alfaro and Ely for their great care in installing a new furnace/ water heater in my mom's house. Uli's response to the install was quick and yet took the time that everything would be perfectly in place and it met my mom's high standard of satisfaction. They were both so friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable in answering the many questions we kept asking about the install and the equipment.
I highly recommend this company for any of their services.
