I'm glad I found Randy to fix my fluorescent light fixture. I was going to replace the current fixture with another light but was advised it will lead to more work than I anticipated. Randy ordered the parts needed and returned to fix my light with LED lights so I will have good lighting for the next 20 years. While he was here, he installed under the counter lights in the laundry room. I love them. Rad Electrical Services are reliable, friendly, trustworthy, efficient, timely.

Attempted to schedule service with this company after purchasing a new home at the beginning of last month. I was told he would have a three week lead time, we discussed him doing the work at the beginning of the following month, that he would need to pull permits etc. We clarified the work that was needed as he had originally quoted for the realtor I was buying from. I explained there was confusion on what was supposed to be quoted, clarified what I actually needed and received the correct quote. I stated that I would follow up with the selling realtor about the confusion but that I would want him to go ahead with the work. When I never heard back from him regarding finalized scheduling of the project, I called back at the beginning of the month we had discussed. He had done nothing to prepare for the project, never followed up, and now had another three week lead time to do the work. This has vastly affected my ability to move into my new home as well as thrown off the entire timeline of the other renovations I am doing. He attempted to do nothing to ameliorate the communication error on his side. Would not recommend.

Had an electrical outlet blow in my master bedroom which killed every outlet in the room. I called RAD Electric, Randy sent Caleb out and within an hour the outlet along with a little bit of wiring which got fried, the power was back on! Thanks again guys!!
