Electri-Serve

I have used Electri-Serve for all my electrical repair, installation & service needs for about 20 years. I have found them fair, dependable and professional in all my dealings with them. I can recommend them to do a stellar job with anything electrical. I will continue using them for all my electrical needs. Everything is done to code and in a professional manner. You will be very satisfied with their service and reputation.

Cost me 200 dollars to have a switch replaced. My fault for not asking about their pricing before they came out. Took less than 10 minutes. Their minimum service charge is a lot more than other places. A friend of mine recommended them and I figured he wouldnt recommend a place that would rip me off. I was wrong. Called another company (after the fact unfortunately) and their basic service trip charge is 90 dollars. The standard is 90-100 and these crooks charge twice that. Use at your own risk.

The team at Electri-Serve has helped us repair and update various electrical things in our house (GFCIs, replace unprofessional wiring, wire and install new light fixtures and recessed lighting). They have consistently delivered excellent, professional service from many different team members, and are always our go-to!

I made arrangements to have these guys come out and take a look at our wiring and give us an estimate on what it would take to do (I waited 3 weeks for the appointment just to have them come take a look). He gave me a ballpark verbally and then, his name being Jeff, said he would be sending me a formal estimate and their scheduling person would be in touch. I called and did a follow up with them 2 weeks after they said they'd be sending me estimates/scheduling arrangements, and got a so sorry, we've been busy I'll try to get this over to you today.. that was nearly two weeks ago. I sent an inquiry through the website as a final hey, giving you every opportunity here kind of thing as I am just sick and tired of contractors wasting my time for appointments that they do not follow up on, and still nada. So here you go guys, the review you deserve.

I contacted Electri-serve to replace my service panel and they sent Mr. Kessinger to give me a quote. Mr. Kessinger was professional and knowledgeable and gave me a great price. I then email Mr Kessinger on 5/21 saying I'd like to hire them he responded on 5/21 saying Stacey will get with you to schedule a date for the work. Today is now 7/24 and I never heard a peep from the companies scheduler Stacey so I hired JW electric and paid the extra 300 for a company that will actually contact you back and schedule a date to preform the work you are trying go hire them for. In the future I will not even waste my time with Electri-serve if they can not even be bothered to contact a customer that is trying to pay them for a service they say they do. Do not waste your time

Highly skilled electricians at fair prices. Very efficient, quick scheduling. This is our go-to for residential repairs and installations. Our house is loaded with oddball / complicated / commercial fixtures, and Electri-serve has always done a great job. We have had a lot of problems with other electricians doing terrible work and are thankful for the work Electri-serve does for us.

These guys are fantastic! From the consultation all the way through completion of the project...nothing but friendly and professional! I’ve got a house built in ‘77 and Electri-Serve just helped me give the lighting a violent shove into this century! It’s beautiful, bright and I can’t wait to start another project with them! Next time, guys...we’re tackling the basement!
