Best Heating Maintenance in Denver CO

Was told by technician Vincent that he had to remove toliet to clean out main drain even though we showed him where the main drain was and was told they had no choice but to remove toliet, which of course costs double the price. The technician broke a bolt off the toliet putting it back together. Stated he fixed the problem, only to have the same issue of every drain backing up when laundry or dishwasher was started or when you took a shower reappear. Called them back and informed them I had same issue, they stated I had 60 warranty and they would send technician back out. He shows up and still insists on going through toliet instead of going through the main drain where I tell him it's backing up from. So again he augers through the toliet. The technician insisted that we needed to get a camera technician out there, another $300. When I told him we didn't have that kind of money, my mom lives on her retirement and pension and I recently lost my job, he stated that he would NOT be coming back out unless we got the camera technician to come out. When he left we still had the same problem. So knowing they wouldn't come back out again and knowing that we needed the drain fixed we called another company who came out and went down through the main drain I told the technician originally to go through. Found the clog and everything is back to normal. Done is a lie and a scheme to get you to spend more and more. I told them we want our money back since it was 60 day warranty and they NEVER fixed the problem and was told no they would cover the cost of a camera technician to come out and that's Pretty all. Of course so they can say we have this damage or we need a new line so they can get more money. Pathetic of a company. Picture to show the drain that I am now being told by Done is not a drain they could have gone down, even though the other company did just that with the same machinery.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

I called for service on my boiler and the person that booked the appointment didn't ask about the age of the boiler so when the tech arrived he said my boiler was too old and the company doesn't work on boilers older than 30 years. I was charged the $98 for something that could have been told me on the phone and not had the tech come out for something they can't even touch. Of course, they said they can replace it and it would be around $30,000 simply absurd.

I am satisfied with A OK plumbing,Heating & Cooling. My house exterior faucet was frost and replaced freeze proof faucet. Roberto came on time and his skill is very professional. I trust this company.

I called this company and explained my air conditioning situation, including what another HVAC company had done last year Seemed nice enough and reasonable: around $43 to show up and another $70 to diagnose the problem. I made an appointment with them for a 1-5pm window. At around 10:30 someone called to say he could be at my house in 30 minutes, not the most convenient since I would have to drive in from work and then drive back.

The person who met me was from a different company called Time and hadn’t been told anything about the problem. (Is “Denver Plumbing Consultants an actual HVAC company or do they just contract with other companies?) I told him what I knew and showed him my service bills from last year. He didn’t turn anything on or and barely even looked at the system, but started to explain the technical details of all the things that COULD be wrong (although it was actually pretty simple — leaking refrigerant) and said just finding the leak would START at $1,200. I told him thanks but no thanks and tried to pay the $43 for the visit. He said I’d have to pay the $113. I refused — he had been there for 5 minutes, didn’t even turn the thing on, and didn’t quote an actual price! He refused to take any money at all, left in a huff, and said it had been a “learning experience.“

We found Blue Sky’s prices to be very reasonable. The quote from another “local” HVAC company was almost four times the price Blue Sky charged us. Eric W was very empathetic when we told him we had been out of hot water for six days. He found the part we needed and picked it up the same day so that we could have hot water over the weekend. He also shared his knowledge of how our boiler system works so we can better troubleshoot issues in the future.

Had JD's Plumbing come out for an ejector pump inspection. Timely, efficient, kind, respectful and taught me about the system and answered my questions. I will use them in the future and for my clients as well. Thank you!

The service Manager Michael did the right thing and made all this right today and I doubt if anyone will ever not wear a mask during this pandemic that works for this company....I cannot vouch for their work yet and they are now in the running for my business. First of all when the person arrived he did not have a mask he couldn't even find one in his truck luckily I had an extra one. Then he charges me $70 without even telling me there was a fee and wasn't even sure he could fix it he put the mask on backwards shame on this company.

Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

Our experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Monica at the office was great with communicating and helping us quickly set up an appointment. Andy gave us many different options during the service call on how we could go about fixing our furnace and AC. He answered all of our questions and never once tried to push us into a decision. He gave us his honest opinion. We decided to get a new furnace and AC unit. Andy, Brendan and Kyle came for the install and were wonderful. They were so professional, knowledgeable and very nice. They worked hard and answered all my questions. We will for sure use Golden West in the future and recommend them to everyone. Thank you!!!

The service and quality are outstanding from this company. I had 7 companies at my house to evaluate our leaking boiler and Tony Capra was the only one who worked to fix the problem instead of telling me I needed a new one. This saved a ton of money, but also showed that they care about the customer.
