Best Heater Replacement in Denver CO

My experience with Mighty Bee was overall frustrating, and as a result of their work we lost a month of solar generation because they turned it off and never turned it back on again.

The owner is hard of hearing and doesn't have a hearing aid. Every time we talked to him we needed to do it loud and then still he'd misunderstand until we explained twice more.

His diagnostic abilities are also sub-par. I'm not an electrician, but I was able to figure out what we were looking at and how to fix the issue before he did, and it took explaining the situation three times before he reluctantly agreed to do what I requested. It didn't seem like he ever believed me, but I proved to be correct.

Then they installed the wrong kind of breaker in a panel--a 50amp breaker where it was supposed to be 20amp--which is a really, really dangerous fire hazard. Luckily I noticed it and they replaced it, but that hardly inspired confidence.

During the indoor work we asked them to wear masks. The owner grumbled about the masks and made continuing snide comments about how masks don't work. Actually, they do, or you wouldn't have seen them on all medical workers for the past hundred years or so, but I digress...

Finally, after their work was complete, I discovered that one of the circuits they had modified had no power. It took another couple of days and then they came out and fixed that.

And just today we discovered that our solar wasn't generating. At all. They turned it off and left it off.

One or two of the above complaints and I would have let it slide. With this many things wrong with their visit, though, this was a disaster. Their pricing was decent for the work, but not worth the hassle and close management required to prevent serious problems.

Do not recommend.

I’ve had experience now with all three of the trades Heart has (electrical, HVAC, and plumbing). I’ve never had a bad experience, I’ve never had a worker show up late, look unprofessional, or complete the task poorly or slowly. We recently installed a new heat pump, and while the work was more expensive than I would have liked, I have zero concerns about it for several reasons. The install team was competent and efficient, then a senior installer/field supervisor came to check on it, and finally Heart has a warranty that I’ve never seen anywhere else. I posted a review in June of 2020 for plumbing work, and the results are the same now as then. The electrical work is top notch and to be honest, is probably better than most of what’s in my walls. They do cost a little more than some of their competition, but you get what you pay for with Heart. It’s easy to offer a warranty as strong as Heart’s when the job was done right in the first place.

Super responsive and friendly service. Issac was very helpful and gave me a lot of good advice to keep my HVAC system in good running condition.

Had some electrical gremlins show up in my home and they came out and found them and fixed them. Ben was really a nice guy and explained everything thoroughly. Big Thanks

I got a quote for some plumbing work from these folks. HOLY SH*T Batman! They quoted me $2100 for a simple job. Checked with 2 other plumbers - one for $800, another for $500. This company may act nice, but I think they are ripping their customers off big time. Fortunately, I did not accept the first quote I got. $500 vs. $2100 - anybody else see a PROBLEM with this company?

His price was more than fair - and he walked me through all the things I needed to do to make sure everything was working properly - and more importantly - safely.

Genesis 1:3 expanded my electric panel, adding new circuitry and wiring for the installation of the first A/C ever at my previous home. I was so impressed that I called them again recently to look into installing an attic fan and/or a gable fan for our new home. They really took their time scoping out the situation, and also gave me a free inspection of all of the circuitry, outlets, and panel capacity in our new home. They went over their findings in detail with me, including things that are potentially dangerous that somehow passed inspection when we bought the place. I am grateful. Izzy came and rapidly diagnosed what was wrong with the system, keeping us well informed with everything we needed to know. When the time to repair came, he was again fast and professional. He was even sweet to our dog! Before he left he made sure we were happy with the situation. Def will be contacting you guys up again.
