Best Heater Replacement in Denver CO

My experience with this company was nothing more than a good experience. The company is very responsive and when they come, they come to fix the problem and to do any necessary testing and evaluating to make sure their repairs are completed thoroughly and correctly. I’ll happily give my recommendation to others.

Working with Done Plumbing was the best plumbing experience I’ve had. The plumber who came to our house, Dallas, was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and how much it cost. He also made sure he fixed the problem at it’s core. Their rates are reasonable and staff stay in good contact when a request is made. I would highly recommend them again!

Frank handle everything up front for replacing our hot water heater. Garrett was expert and was able to work around our crazy schedule to get us hot water again. Highly recommend them.

The customer service is good, but I was charged for issues that were not addressable. I had slow draining issue in showers, the professionals assessed and realised it was due to small pipes in the old house, floor slope issue etc - but I still got charged about $230+ for “unclogging” these two showers - which I feel was unfair. I did have real clogging issue in the kitchen sink and one other bathroom, which was efficiently addressed by their team. But I feel 900$ for unclogging 1 kitchen sink, and 3 shower drains are a little too pricey (2/3 showers did not even needed professional unclogging for the issue i had). So a little disappointed. Erik came out after hours as soon as I called him. He came completely prepared to handle all possible sewer repair needs. He was polite, knowledgeable and performed my service thoroughly! I will have him come out for annual service and hire him for any and all needs as they arise! Best service ever!!!

I’ve used True Plumbing twice within the past 8 months and have had two great experiences. Kyle and his staff are honest, professional, communicate well and fair in their pricing. I’ve had True Plumbing replace my hot water heater and do a repair on that same water heater free of charge as it was the fault of the water heater manufacturer. Great plumber, highly recommend!

Thomas is a Master Plumber who was the definition of above, beyond, and professional. We had a sprinkler system backflow line that ruptured in multiple places due to the recent cold, combined with a blown control box that prevented us from clearing the system beforehand. We either needed to hit the sprinkler shutoff near the city main (Plan A), or replace the backflow lines/valves (Plan B), so that we could have water to the house without flooding the foundation outside.

He got us on his roster for the very next day, immediately sent a quote (which was extremely reasonable for such a short notice job), and assured us that if he could get here any earlier he would. He kept in close contact about his arrival, arrived earlier than expected, assessed our situation, left to get a unique tool for our sprinkler main valve, found out even THAT didn't work (the valve is 8-12 ft in the ground or something ridiculous), and then executed a Plan C which was to just cut the line before the damaged piping and put in a stop valve. Plan C was about $500 cheaper than Plan B and just as effective, although temporary, which we knew. He did it in under 10 minutes. Value was amazing - I've spent way more money on way dumber things.

Thomas even left us the replacement parts for cost, gave me an overview of how to tackle the replacement, and although extremely busy that day, actively listened to every issue I discussed and never made me feel rushed. When the city wouldn't help us nail the sprinkler valve because it was after the city main, Thomas said he'd look into getting a tool to help out.

This is mostly just a list of events, but Thomas was 1,000% truly and genuinely invested in his work and making sure that we were taken care of properly and walked away with some knowledge. He asked questions about how we found his business, if we liked how his appointment system was set up, etc - you can just obviously tell he legitimately cares. Turns out, he can also work on our blown control box and does heating as well. So, TCF is now in our contact list for whenever we need these services again. Highly recommend, A++.

Around the Clog did a wonderful job diagnosing our leak and doing their best to minimize damage to drywall in fixing it. They were thorough and very reasonably-priced. I would highly recommend them!

She measured and discussed options for installation, then answered more questions. Amber was phenomenal! She listened to me. She explained anything I asked about. She really set the bar high for other companies who were scheduled to give quotes.Tipping Hat has policies that are stellar. Training is a priority for installers. They don't subcontract any work, so they have more control of quality. They even apply to Xcel for rebates so you don't have to.Amber goes extra miles beyond that. She comes out for the beginning of every install. That means that her proposal and explanation are consistent with installation. She had some delightful surprises for me after the initial quote because she found extra discounts and offers for me. She was really good at communicating with me throughout the research period.Amber is so engaging and friendly. She is a real asset to Tipping Point. Thanks so much, Amber!

Just had our first experience with Quality Plumbing and they were great!! They were able to fit us into their busy schedule the very next day - thankfully b/c this fix needed to happen quickly. I really appreciated them for having an appointment available next day without a price gouge.. the technician Allen communicated clearly, was timely, pleasant and professional.. he solved our problem in less than 45 minutes. I was afraid of getting a fake high priced bid but he immediately gave a clear price and I think it was fair. I didn't feel like he added anything on...It was really nice to make this contact for the future.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

It's been a while, but when this company initially installed access points into my sewage system, the process took way longer than advertised, they destroyed my garden by digging into the wrong side initially, and they couldn't even get the height of the pipes correct enough to keep them capped off, but they also did such and unbelievably poor job of putting the dirt back in place that I've had a sinkhole open up. Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS.

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
