I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

Heart installed a new heating and cooling system and they did an execellent job. But what they really excelled at is what it seems like an impossible job of turning a return opining into a vent, and here I would like to highlight the amazing job done by Cody Odneal who managed to work through a very complicated job without any additional holes in our walls. It was extraordinary. Cody was also helped by Collin Hankins... thank you both 👍

Chris had a massive electrical job to do at our place - he was on time, friendly, worked quickly and did an excellent job - fixed all our fuse/outlet issues. Midway through the day, Isaiah joined him and he was equally professional and friendly! They were both amazing and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Last night our water heater pilot light wouldn't ignite. Called first thing this morning and they were on site literally less than an hour later. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. Our technician, John Morgan, was great, very thorough, professional, and informative!

After a small schedule ing hiccup, which the receptionist was excellent at resolving, dalton came and repaired my Minisplit. He was attentive, communicated great and answered all of our questions. He was respectful of us and the space and even wiped all the finger prints off the unit when finished. The trip fee covered the cost for his time. I will use this company again in the future and would highly recommend them!

Frank is awesome. I hired Frank not knowing anything about him or his business. I found Absolute Mechanical on Google and noticed that his business was in my area and I need someone asap to clean & service the furnace, repair a gas pipe, and redo some ventilation. Frank was on time, friendly, and his work was excellent!

I don't know about you, but there is a dilemma regarding the health of a furnace and the most inopportune times they fail. Most families have away time from the house but tend to return around dinnertime, and that's when the family learns about the broken furnace !! Most predatory companies try to take advantage of this common dilemma, but Great Guys HVAC did not !!!! They did slightly mention a fast after hours response, but steered the customer (me) toward the most sensible solution, and when they responded at 08:00 the next day we were warm and cozy by 09:30! New part, warranty, a clean workspace and courteous field engineer resulted in a satisfied customer and it did not go unnoticed!!! Thanks, Great Guys HVAC!

I had a Top Shelf Tech come to my house to work on my heater/water heater. I had a problem afterwards. Top Shelf Customer Service called me and they fixed my problem right away. They were very professional and courteous to me. A very upstanding company!

This was the second time we have used AAA and we have had great experiences both times. Both times they arrived on time and were very communicative with what the issue was and what our options were to fix it. Most recently we needed repair on an outlet leading to our water heater and Mark Tobler was the master electrician that came out to assist us. He was very thorough in finding the route of the problem and was very knowledgeable about not only how the issue happened but also how to fix it so it doesn’t happen again. We will definitely continue to use AAA again for our plumbing and electrical needs.

Such a great team: Kyle Taylor, Remington Bailey, Landon McGill, Romeo Sandoval, Joe Eckert, and John Slobodzian made up the amazing team that came out to install a new furnace and central air unit. We spent the day together. I cannot express my gratefulness for this team. They worked so hard and was very kind and extremely professional. One of the young gentlemen had to work in our crawl space during a rain storm. There were no complaints the finished product is amazing and they cleaned everything up to the point it did not look anything was done. I recommend this team they really were great to work with. Isiah Romero did a wonderful job. Showed up within the given time frame, was knowledgeable and took care of the problem quickly. His pleasant and happy demeanor was a welcome change from previous encounters with other companies. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Brendan did a top notch job! He diagnosed and repaired the furnace issue during the service visit to my rental home in Arvada on a Friday before a cold weekend. I know I got lucky and that's not always possible but I appreciated it.He also helped my renter to show her how to use the thermostat and replaced the battery.The price was high BUT I know how hard it is to find people who know what they're doing and can fix the issue the FIRST TIME. Especially on a Friday before a cold weekend when I have renters with a young baby.Brendan worked hard to sell me the job and also the annual membership for maintenance and pricing. I know he probably has to sell the repair and the program every time and not many people will pay for it and I know how hard it is to do sales at the same time have the technical skills.I respect his hard work and capability so I paid a premium price for the job and signed up for the annual program as well. Sometimes with service contractors, I pay them to come out multiple times or I have to get different people and pay them for each visit. So I am happy to have a company that can solve my furnace issues and also plumbing and electrical issues. All the other contractors are so expensive as well and at least Brendan worked hard to prove to me that he was knowledgeable and it meant a lot to get the work done on such short notice!

Joel has done a service upgrade (50amp to 150amp), electrical outlets, and light fixtures for me. Reasonable rates, good service, and you know you have a good electrician when the city inspectors comment on the quality of work, going above minimum code.
