Called first thing in the morning to set up a service call for a property we own that doesn’t have heat working. I was told someone would arrive from 10-12noon. I drive all the way across town sit in a freezing house to wait for these people and they can’t even call me to say they’re going to be late And complete miss the appointment time. By 12:30 after calling and leaving a voicemail someone finally calls back oh sorry he’s running late. Beyond disrespectful of my time. Can’t even pick up to say hey the guy is running late. Very unprofessional.

These guys came out and handled my furnace repair (an old boiler furnace that are hard to find furnace maintenance experts for), and it was just in time for the cold weather and snow that we received recently. Paige in their front office is very friendly, scheduling was a breeze for same day HVAC service, and the problem was diagnosed quickly and efficiently. We have been nursing an older furnace along for a while now and we needed a minor repair today which was causing us to not have heat. I have heard about Blue Sky and decided to give them a call. From the first call I could tell they are different. They checked with dispatch while I was on the phone and sent William D. to our home within the hour. He immediately confirmed the diagnosis I reported -- I know how to read furnace error codes, but repairing them is another matter. He left to obtain the needed part, came back and installed it. He didn't seem bothered by my hovering to watch him do his work, he answered all my questions, reminded me about furnace safety (to test our carbon monoxide detectors), showed me a few things to educate me about furnaces in general and ours in particular, while he tested it to make sure all was well. Within two hours of him first arriving, we were up and running, including the time it took him to drive 30 minutes each way to get the part. This is probably the best experience I've ever had with a furnace repairperson, and I've had many. I've also seen many in my 20 years as a Realtor. Blue Sky will now become my go-to company for all things HVAC. I'm putting them on speed-dial and will request William for all future work on my HVAC system. My old hvac unit had undersized ducting and needed to replace it with something bigger. Travis mentioned I could put the unit in my attic and open up space in my basement. Brilliant idea!!! I had the unit moved to the attic and he did an excellent job! With the correct size ducts my house stays the temperature it's supposed to and works great! He did a very professional job! I would recommend this company!

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!
