We are really happy with Plumbline services and especially their electrician Curt Russell. Curt arrived on time, was polite, explained the scope of the repair, and was a complete professional. He did a great job for us and really took care of our home by wrapping up his visit with a comprehensive clean up of his work area. This was not an easy job since we were replacing an old track light directly over our stairs, but Curt finished the challenge expertly and efficiently. I highly recommend Plumbline services and Curt Russell if you are looking for quality electrical help.

Thank you for sending Tyler, a technician who knew exactly what he was doing! He stayed late to help us out with our furnace, was very polite and fast! Swan will be our first call when we need any help.

Befort did a free estimate on the situation we had going on. Not only did the nice plumber guy figure out that the lid to the meter pit was just stuck, but he took time out of his day to help us get it unstuck from the pit for free! Nicest guy ever! I would definitely recommend this place!

Mountain Haven Property Management has been using Blue Sky for our plumbing and HVAC needs, not only on the properties that we manage, but also on our own homes. They are always super professional, with calling before arriving, calling while on the job to discuss options and cost, and then calling to follow up and make sure everything was completed to our tenant's and owner's satisfaction. We have never had a problem with them showing up during the 2 hour window, nor had a problem with a repair. Their service technicians are always prompt and courteous and happy to explain the details with us on the cost. They even sent someone to my home last night within half an hour of my call for an emergency situation where a potential fire hazard had developed. We've been very happy in working with them!

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

I Rick's crew came out and did an entire sewer line repair. They were awesome! Communicated well, worked long hours, explained what they were doing, and charged a fair price (compared to the 2 other quotes I received).A few weeks later Jose came out to repair our kitchen drain. He was also extremely professional and respectful. He took extra time to explain and show me everything he was doing and answer all my questions.I was very impressed with both of their work as well as their expediency. The only thing that keeps them from getting 5 stars is the main office's ability to communicate and follow up after the work is done. It took them over 2 weeks to get me a write up of the work for insurance and it still had some things missing.I would recommend them for work you need done, but be sure to get everything in writing that you might need while they are at your house.UPDATE 2 years later: I have used them 2-3 more times and been completely impressed. I have increased my score from 4 to 5 stars. They are much better at communication and do a great job letting you know when someone is headed your way and getting invoices to you quickly.

We had a water heater supply line leaking at a rental, called Needham on Saturday and was able to get them out within a few hours. Unlike many companies there was no minimum service charge for an estimate, which was good. Answering service called to give us a heads up that plumber would be there in half hour. Met the two plumbers that arrived outside and told them I'd stand by for an estimate (meanwhile another Needham truck with 2 more plumbers drove by). About 5 minutes later, lead plumber told me that it would be $450 to fix and that the water heater is 17 years old and needs replaced. The heater is only 11 years old and is otherwise in good condition (I.e. no sediment upon draining). I protested and said Are you serious, for that? To which he responded - Well, there's a lot more to it than it looks like. I said no thanks and decided to tackle it myself. It literally took me 20 minutes to replace the part and another 25 to clean up and make sure the heater was working. So, even with amateur me doing it - the effective rate would have been ~$10/minute. We got another estimate from a licensed master plumber for $140, but they couldn't come out for a few days and we didn't want our tenants to wait that long. Be cautious and get multiple estimates.
