Justin is so great. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very detail oriented. He went above and beyond to ensure that our out dated electrical panel was safe and to code. He worked through lunch and late into the night as our system was very complex and old. He also installed new lighting for us that looks fantastic. He completes his job with great care and expertise. We purchased a Bradley White gas water heater from Applewood Plumbing 7.5 years ago. The water heater went out last night and we called Applewood this morning and learned that we has a 100% 10 year parts and labor warranty. They dispatched a plumber (Tony Loewen) to replace it. Tony arrived within two hours of my original call and quickly and professionally replaced the unit. Tony was very professional and got us back in business within in less than 90 minutes including removal of the old unit. Tony was very pleasant and left the space cleaner than he found it! There was no charge for any of this and we now have a brand new hot water heater!

Isiah Romero did a wonderful job. Showed up within the given time frame, was knowledgeable and took care of the problem quickly. His pleasant and happy demeanor was a welcome change from previous encounters with other companies. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Woke up to a freezing house on the Sunday before Thanksgiving and realized our heater was not working properly. Given it was about to be a very cold night I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find someone on the weekend.Sara answered my call right away and was super quick to get a repair tech scheduled to the house. She estimated he would be by between 1-3 and he arrived promptly at 12:50 ish. Sara also called when he was 15 minutes out to let us know. When Brendan arrive he actually offered to bring the packages that were on my doorstep in. He checked the thermostat then headed up to the attic which is only accessible by a ladder outside the house. He found the issue right away (clogged filter) and we were able to make the change in roughly 3 minutes. All in all - super responsive, very nice and efficient. Will definitely call them again if we need help!

Kenneth Foust, owner of Electrical Solutions is a liar and a coward in the way he conducts business.
I would encourage anyone needing the help of an electrician, or an honest person to look elsewhere.
