I’ve been living in Colorado since 2015, and it seems like every year I see my neighbors with a tipping hot truck in the driveway. And so when I went to look for an electrician I called out to tipping hat because I had seen them around for such a long time. I was very pleased with the service that was provided by Caesar and his supervisor Aiden. I would definitely choose to work with them.

This winter our heater stopped working in the middle of a deep freeze. Our repair guy couldn’t come until Monday so we called Horizon in a pinch. Such a waste of money. All the kid did was give a diagnosis but did nothing to repair and told us we needed a $500 evaluation to know for sure. He acted really nervous when giving his sales pitch to my husband and I. We were disappointed he didn’t get the heating back on with it being about 15 degrees outside. I now know why he was nervous.

There was a simple override switch he could have pushed to get the heat on for the night. He knowingly looked at a toddler and pregnant woman and left us in a freezing house for the night.

The next day our regular repair man had the heat going in 5 mins!

Months later I now know what the Horizon guy did with his time in our utility room. He labeled every pipe and machine with advertising for Horizon. Hot pink labels with “call Horizon” were everywhere. I don’t regularly examine the utility room so it took a while to nice the blatant advertising job. The other day I found yet another sticker on the hot water heater.

Don’t waste your money paying them to advertise in your own home, and getting them to just up-sale you a problem that doesn’t exist without fixing the one that does.

Swan was responsive to phone calls, setting up appointments, and when our furnace broke down in the winter, responded immediately. Their representative, Mo, took the time to evaluate the situation, and when repair was not possible, provided several options for replacement, even lending a space heater in the interim. 5 stars for professionalism!

Ceaser was great. He fixed our outside faucet/spicket that froze in the “polar plunge”. He did a wonderful job in less than 2 hours. Interior pipe work was also perfect. Problem solved ! Thank you Blue Sky Plumbing.

My furnace went out just after New Years. Aaark was the the only company who had a tech available at 5:00 pm. Matt J came out and diagnosed a bad control board on our 23 year old furnace. He gave us several options before we decided to go with a high efficiency Amana furnace. After seeing Aaarks attention to detail and how respectful and knowledgeable the techs and install team were with a price that beat our other bid, my wife and I will not use another company for any other service.

Jason was awesome! We had a gas leak in the control valve of our boiler and he went above an beyond to help us fix the issues so we were not without hot water. We will definitely use Golden West again for any future needs.

Technician realized the issue was t in his lane, contacted the office, and got the right guy out in less than an hour.
