Robert arrived on time early on a Saturday morning to address a drainage problem in our basement. The problem turned out to be an obstruction of the water drain line from our furnace and hot water heater, which caused leaking on our basement floor. Robert quickly identified the problem, clearly explained the problem to us, and successfully solved the problem. He is careful and detailed, highly professional, and very courteous. I’ve never had to call for outside help before but when an electrical problem came up that I was not able to solve I was very fortunate to be assisted by Jacob Bradford at Tipping Hat. He came the same day as we called and went the extra mile when it came to climbing around our hot attic to find the source of trouble for what we thought was just a simple electric outlet swap.
