Best Air Conditioning Maintenance in Denver CO

Done Plumbing & Heating was recommended to me by my boyfriend. I had a sewer backup because of blockage. I called Done. They had a plumber at my house within an hour. The plumber, Jake was great. Professional, courteous and thorough. He snaked the line and recommended I have a camera sent into the line to ensure the blockage was all clear as the water flow was not entirely back to normal. Based on his recommendation, Jason came out the next day and found a pretty bad blockage. He was able to clear the line, saving me time and ultimately money.I have worked with other plumbing and heating companies who have wanted me to purchase service agreements, try to up sell me, etc. Done did nothing but come out and fix my problem with nothing but professionalism. We did end up needing a/c, plumbing and electrical work but it's great to have a one stop shop with that many experts at your disposal. Marcus and Keith were great. They were on time, professional, and efficient in getting the job done quickly and right. Have now used Befort for two different jobs (installing a new toilet and repairing a broken pipe) and have been extremely happy with every part of the service--from scheduling to the work done in house. Also great that they are a (relatively rare) woman-owned plumbing/heating company, and we like to support that. Will definitely continue to use them moving forward.

These guys came out and handled my furnace repair (an old boiler furnace that are hard to find furnace maintenance experts for), and it was just in time for the cold weather and snow that we received recently. Paige in their front office is very friendly, scheduling was a breeze for same day HVAC service, and the problem was diagnosed quickly and efficiently. We plan on calling them again in the spring when it comes time for our air conditioner tune-up. Thank you for a great experience.

Chris and helper arrived on time and were very understanding and helpful in all aspects of installing a new dedicated line for a new electric fireplace insert. What a phenomenal experience! Brendan is the man! I called Golden West and Brendan was at my door 40 minutes after the call ended! There was no sneaky business. Everything was straight forward and Brendan had us blowing cold air 20 minutes later. Not only that, he helped us by recommending the VIP program that is absolutely necessary and worth it. $149 and you get priority service and no trip charge during regular hours and they knock $29 off of after hours calls. There are a ton of savings to be had. Best experience with an HVAC contractor I’ve ever had.Forgot one thing, their VIP service is good for their plumbing and electric divisions as well!Thank you Golden West and Brendan...Look forward to a long term partnership with your company!

Did a great job and stayed in the initial bid. Always took phone calls and when issues arose they sent a guy out immediately to make sure I passed inspection. Final trim isn't complete yet but i'm confident it will look nice.

I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.
