Our Installers were on time, laid out all protective drops for floors and bathroom fixtures. Tommy and Duncan took us through all the steps of the install, finished in a timely manner, workmanship was top notch. I am a much larger guy, Tommy made sure that all wall anchors were set well and did an exceptional job on the seat. Hunter with Offcut Interiors was fantastic to work with. Hunter hired our company to perform interior painting work on a remodel he was doing for one of his customers.

He was professional, communicative, and easy to work with all around. Being on his jobsite during the remodel you could see that he took great care of the site during the construction phase, watched out for his customers' concerns, and always took the time to communicate to us what needed to be done and how in order to fulfill his customers' needs and vision.

Our experience was not good. Our installer constantly complained about his employer. He lost parts of our baseboard. Left out set screws. Put a tp dispenser in a position that doesn’t allow us to open our drawer. It really wasn’t a good experience and we don’t ever want them in our house again.oh yeah, he constantly hinted for a big tip when he finished.
