We had our pump go out this morning (Sunday morning, early) and tried more than one company to help us out. BJ responded right away, helped us diagnose the issue and walked us through fixing it ourselves! Imagine that. Most companies would have charged a fee to come out and fix a problem that was simple and easy for us to take care of ourselves and it cost us nothing but a few minutes of our time! Next time we have service on our well, there's only one place we'll consider calling. These guys are awesome!

Extremely helpful in walking us through getting the well started after a problem with ants. Sent us a video and spent time on the phone.

I had an emergency situation where my well wasn’t getting power. I called BJ on a Sunday am and he immediately text me back, and walked us troubleshoot the issue. He was extremely professional! I’d recommend him for any of your needs!
Viking helped get our residential well pump back up and running the same day it went down. Will definitely be calling Viking for the next time our pump needs service.
BJ is truly an awesome guy, He walked me through step by step. Confidently said after you are done with the steps call me back, you will have your well working. A simple 5 minute tip goes a long way and instead of him coming over and charging me , he just explained everything to me over the phone.

I called BJ on a Sunday afternoon after my well stopped working. He was driving at the time, and so he had me send him pictures of the well. He pulled over to the side of the road to look at the pictures and walk me through troubleshooting the issue. After explaining to me what to do, I was able to diagnose the problem and put in a temporary fix for the evening so we wouldn't be without water. And it didn't cost me a dime, but it did cost him his time and effort. How is that for service?!?!
WHAT AMAZING SERVICE!! Not only was he willing to sell me a part I needed on a Sunday when all of the supply stores were closed, he took the time to FaceTime me and trouble shoot a well issue. Nailed down what the problem was and not it's just about fixing it. Will definitely utilize their services again! The knowledge, patience and time spent was worth more than what I paid for a simple part.
BJ and his team are honest and very knowledgeable. They took time to correctly diagnose and provide a solution to my well problem. I especially liked the fact that he took the time to explain all my options and provide me with expedited service. My well stopped working on a Friday morning. BJ could have easily put off the repair till Monday, BUT he didn't want one of his customers without water over the weekend. He scrambled the correct parts and had us back up and running by Friday evening. This is the reason why I will continue to do business with BJ and Viking Pump. Honest, Trustworthy, and Dependable. These guys are incredible. We had purchased a house a few months ago and recently found out that there was a well on our land. Me and my husband decided that we should put it to use but didn't know if it was safe enough to use because it looks like a really old well. Viking Pump Service came out and inspected it for us, told us that there needed to be some repairs done in order for us to use it and then was able to fix it for us all in two days. AMAZING guys. They were so hard working and honest. I highly recommend their services.
Bj with Viking well pump was awesome, he is very trust worthy and will no try and pull the wool over your eyes like other companies in the valley. We would rate him and his company a 10 if possible. Thank you so much for all your hard work on our property.

BJ Is a rockstar!! Honest and true blue. I inquired about re drilling out a a house we were interested in buying and he basically said don't do it he would not waste my time or money as there is nothing to drill for up there and the wells are drying up. Very refreshing to get such honesty in this day and age. I will be using BJ to inspect the well at whatever house we do but in the future.

A great company that worked me through a well issue. I got it fixed but they were all ready scheduling a service trip and this was during the busiest time of the year. Couldn’t ask for more. Still had a small issue a couple of days later. Came out early, fixed the problem, Now we have WATER. Thanks for the great service.

We hire Viking Pump Services & Repair to fix our well, seemed the submersible pump was the problem so they fixed it right away and they did a clean job too and everything is working perfectly, great job!

Our well stopped pumping, called Viking Pump and they came out the same day and repaired the pump. Great customer service and a great job getting our pump up and running the same day!
Bj is a great guy and he’s very good at what he does. He’s very trustworthy and will always give you a fair shake. I highly recommend!
