Best A Commercial Cleaning Company in Phoenix AZ

Wow, this was the most disappointing display of summer heat exploitation I've encountered, in my opinion. On Monday, June 4 we had an appointment with Hays to come out between 4-6pm, as one of our a/c units was blowing hot air. When no one arrived by 6:10pm, I called their work line which stated they were closed and to call their answering service number, which I did. The person answered the call and said, in very broken English, they would have someone call back with status. At 6:22pm someone called and said they had just finished their job and was on the way. At 6:27pm, someone else called and identified himself as the manager, and stated the technician was still over 40 minutes away, and asked if someone could just come tomorrow instead because it was getting too late for his guys. No apology and not a very polite tone. I told him that the tech had just called me and said he was on the way, and the manager said well he's wrong he's still finishing up, and pressed me to move it to the next day again. I expressed explicit displeasure, it's 108 degrees and I have three children under four years old. He agreed but was not polite about it. The tech finally arrived a little after 7pm and after 30 minutes advised us it was a dual capacitor that needed replaced, which would only take him another 10 minutes. He did the work and provided us with a bill of $364.95, the breakdown was $295 for the part and $79.95 trip charge. We paid it right away because it was 7:45pm and we're trying to get the kids ready for bed and it's HOT. The next morning we googled how much this part was and it's eleven bucks. That's right folks, $11! Now while we fully understand markups are a necessary part of any business, this is absolutely insane. My husband called the manager and said hey listen, this part can be found online for less than $15- what gives? The manager initially denied it, saying there's no way you can find that part for less than $15 etc. etc. After some back and forth the manager finally conceded that yes, in fact, the part is very inexpensive but justified it by saying I have a lot of expenses. No partial rebate offered, no apology for being late or lying. So folks, be very aware of who and what this company actually is. Unbelievable.

An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. He was friendly, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone who needs emergency assistance. Thanks again!

Nice people came right out when I called made it right

Faster than a speeding bullet ... more reasonable than most competitors ... able to fix homeowner-error-created problems in a single bound. Called them at 2:30 on a Monday afternoon. Service tech was here and gone by 5:05. They even fixed a second problem I didn't know I had. Terrific service!!!

The old AC was from a different company I always had issues with it and they were never willing to come take a look at it, they continued to make silly excuses for the next 6 months. I got fed up with it and looked for a different company Kind Mechanical was able to book me an appointment and come take a look at it that same day !! Frank himself was the one who assigned me to Ayax who took a look at my AC and replaced it that night. I’m in love with it now everything was so neat and organized ! It’s so crazy that this company had such had workers!

James was honest, professional and awesome to work with. Came for a service and ended up helping us determined our AC unit was a lot older than what the previous owner had stated! We found our new A/C guy!

At our request, Jesse Kahagen came to our house for an annual check-up of our three ductless A/C's. We have lived in Phoenix for well over 20 years and Jesse is by far and away the absolute BEST we have ever had. He is a perfectionist with years of experience and knowledge. He is not satisfied until he is sure his work is 100% correct. Because of this, he spent about 3 hours here which also included patience answering a myriad of questions we have. He also made some suggestions for further improving our AC performance and immediately sent us some company material on the subject. Bottom line? On a scale of 1-10 we would have to invent a new scale giving Jesse a rating of 1000!!! Lincoln Air is easy to work with, responsive and gets the job done. Thanks to all for another great visit.

Air Handler Unit HVAC manufacturing and installation company repaired and also gave suggestions so that our HVAC runs well.

Was referred by my MIL who recently had her AC replaced by Arcadia Air recently. We also had a great experience with Jimmy and his team this past week. Received a quote weeks prior after an initial visit and finally had them come out to replace our 15 year old unit. The team was on time, quick, and professional. The crew were all good guys, knowledgable, and worked hard to complete the job asap. New unit is humming along nicely! 10/10, would recommend.

Excellent support from a very friendly staff. They came out a serviced my air conditioner. When they were finish they told me exactly what they did and how my air conditioning was holding up. Overall, I give them my highest recommendation.

Shane was not just on time but EARLY to the appointment to help diagnose the cause of a leak that appeared to be coming from my A/C unit. After quickly ruling out the most common culprits (and a little inter-wall investigation), he was able to ascertain that the problem appeared to be not with my A/C unit but an upstairs neighbor's! He lifted a big weight off my shoulders, in less than two hours, and was super friendly the whole time and answered all the random questions I kept peppering him with.

Our AC was having issues and I had a maintenance agreement with another company, but I feel like they were just trying to sell me a new unit I didn’t need. Saul from Five Star Air came and did a full inspection and tune up on my unit. He was very nice and informative, and as for my request, he did quote me on a new unit and when I am ready, I’ll be getting it from Five Star Air. Thank you!

Followed all Covid-19 procedures for our safety and their employees pre visit & during. Masked everything and cleaned up. I’d recommend! Air conditioning and refrigeration LLC  added a lifetime warranty. Satisfied!  I had problem with my heat system. Technician Brock Delaney  was was so professional and kind! He was very polite and early to the appointment.He is very helpful explained everything perfectly  he was going to do and made it comfortable  for us. He is very knowledgeable about what needed done. stayed until the job was done and explained everything he did and how it works! This guy I would recommend to all my family and friends! Brock deserves a raise for the job he did! Keep it up.
