Robert is super friendly, responsive and dedicated to his work. He drove out to my rental property the same day my tenant discovered a leak in the ceiling and began setting up his equipment right away before the problem could get worse. Three days later he showed up on a holiday to inspect the ceiling and make sure no mold had grown. I can't recommend Robert and Phoenix Water Damage Services enough!

The reviews are accurate. Ryan answered our request within minutes of submitting online. Cory was the individual that serviced our home and he was timely, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. Ryan and Cory provided recommendations for other professional services that we needed based on the situation without us even asking. They worked directly with our insurance company, so I am currently unaware of the cost of this particular scope of work, however, we asked them to look into another area in our home not covered by insurance and the estimate they provided was very reasonable. They of course provided the same quality of work in the second area. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has the unfortunate luck of needing mitigation services. Another company wanted to charge for a whole bath remodel job, and when I contacted Tom and his crew, it turned out to very a very minimal job. Great job done and what's more I saved all the big bucks. Just goes to show how some guys try to hard sell seniors with unnecessary work. Definitely call these guys later this year to clean and treat duct work. Service and crew terrific.

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.
