James Hargrove was our technician that replaced our shower faucet and he did a great job. He was very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend.

We have used Hobaica for almost ten years to service the HVAC systems of two of our properties. We recently called them to check out a problem with the HVAC system on our second property. Their technician Binh Tran came out to help us and has now serviced both properties for us. He is always a pleasure to work with. He is patient and knowledgeable and explains the pros and cons of any repair options we have to consider if there is a problem with the system. Because of technicians like Binh, we are happy to continue to use Hobaica for all of our HVAC (and now plumbing!) needs.

Came and inspected heating system due to strange intermittent odor

Just Air was on the SRP list for A/C checkup and I have continued to use them for two years now.
They are very professional and thorough when explaining repairs. I cannot see on my roof but I trust them and feel confident in recommending them.
Jason was out today and gave me my options to repair or replace my twenty year old unit and I didn’t feel pressured to make a hasty decision.

We recently underwent a complete remodel in our home. We took down a wall that contained our cold air return, took down a dropped ceiling that contained duct work in our bathroom and dining room and installed a wall to create a new powder room. AZ Perfect Comfort relocated the cold air return and duct work in all the rooms. AZ Perfect Comfort was amazing to work with from initial walk through for the estimate to the finished product. We encountered several bumps along the way during demolition nothing fazed these guys. They were professional and had lots of great ideas on how to fix the issues and give us they layout in our home we had only dreamed about in the past.

The COOLEST A/C guy in the valley. Comfort One installed our three AC units over a year ago. They worked with our schedule and did it so we did not have to shut down. Three times a year, they show up on time, are very clean in the office and give us a detailed report on our AC units reading and output. If we ever have a question, Comfort One is quick to respond. Howard Air truly conducts their business in a professional manner. Our A/C unit was serviced by Howard Air and we found them thorough and efficient without trying to up-sale services we didn't need. When our A/C finally died, Howard Air provided us with the best of three estimates which included a few additional items built into the price. The only reason I gave four stars -- our A/C unit broke late Tuesday afternoon, the serviceman diagnosed the problem that evening but we couldn't see a salesman until Thursday morning which meant two nights in the hot September heat. Once we received their quote, along with two other companies, we made the decision to purchase our unit with Howard Air and they were out to our house that evening installing a temporary unit until our new unit could be installed. All in all they did a great job, making an expensive purchase a little more tolerable. Thanks guys and kudos!

Chris and Mike are very professional, personable, knowledgeable, skilled, communicative and punctual. They repaired our basement sump pump system in a timely manner, and in a way that we believe it should have originally been done by the Builder 17 years ago. We now have much more confidence and peace of mind that the sump pump is truly operating correctly and efficiently. All of their time, efforts, skills and help are very much appreciated. Came out and said there was a leak, added 3.8lbs of 410a for $200 (50$/lb). Said everything was working great now, stopped cooling hours later- came back out and the unit was completely empty somehow (12lbs, -$600). Took apart the unit, bending the back side of the unit in the process because he forgot to remove a screw, pulled the wires from the compressor fan completely through the unit and set the fan against my fence. Found the leak and said it would be a $1900 repair with looking at nothing but the calculator app on his phone. Asked if he could give me a few quotes for new models and he said he would the next day. Screwed the fan back in while i was standing out there watching the whole time and didn't hook the unit back up how it was when he arrived, fan completely disconnected. Seemed disgruntled when i said he needed to put it back how it was when he arrived. That was July 26th and I still have not received any quotes or any callbacks. I would not recommend this company. I had another company come out and they were able to weld and repair the leak for a much more reasonable price, something that was not even an option on the table with Comfort Experts.
