My repairman “Destry” was on time,very courteous and professional, and knowledgeable, a true pleasure.

Hayes crew arrived as scheduled. Installed a new water softener. Their work was done in less time than I had expected. Caleb Wood and his assistant Tony were very efficient. They answered all of my questions and I asked many. Totally satisfied with their work.

Service tech Q was the best. Showed up at the house with a great attitude and very professional. He took care of my A/C units and did not rush through the process. He took the time to explain all of the meter readings and my options for repair or replacement. I would definitely call upon Q again!

Day and Night has been servicing our AC for over 15 years. They put in our AC in 2008, because of their maintenance and due diligence our unit lasted 14 years. We are really impressed with the professionalism of all the people at Parker and Sons. They did their best to make their services fit into our budget and we very happy with the results. Chris did multiple bundles to see what would work, and had great communication regarding what to get for faucets and toilets. He was prompt and thorough with the installations. So glad to have new toilets so fast!! We have been really happy with Parker and Sons for years and this just reiterated why. :)

Five Stars for the new air conditioning unit and five stars for the service! I called Comfort Experts LLC from google and they were on the ball; they had my A/C up and running impeccably. I am very happy with this company and how personable they are, they really know customer service. No one can deny Comfort Experts is the top rated A/C company in the valley, I know thats a big claim but I tried calling numerous air conditioning businesses in Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert and Queen Creek; thier estimated quotes were coming in extremely high and/or some were not showing up for our appointment. I want to thank Comfort Experts for the quality work and quality service they have given me, I will be using these guys for all of my Air conditioning needs.

Visiting my son for the holidays is an annual getaway here in Phoenix. There is always a project or upgrade during my visit. This trip, the garbage disposal died. I called this company and the nicest technician arrived within an hour of my call. Peter J. was very professional in identifying himself and assessing the problem. Nick did a great job on our ac fix. He showed up fast, was vary professional and honest. Had our fan motor fixed in under 25 minutes and didn’t try to up sell or have us buy anything we didn’t need. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company.

Evan is a great technician, on time, professional, friendly. Our RO system was over 10 years old and Evan explained that it was due for a replacement. He explained the insurance reasons of replacing the unit and the total cost minus our prepaid maintenance.He also checked the water softener and flushed out the hot water tank.He was even great with the dogs.

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.

Wouldn’t work here.. if you aren’t white you won’t last.

Your driver in van #003 at 4:00pm on 3/6/2022 is going to kill somebody on the road. Watched him fly across multiple lanes and the GORE POINT to make an exit that he was absolutely past the point of making.He also chipped my windshield from all the debris in the gore area he kicked up, so thanks for that.

Totally unresponsive company. Cancelled on me four times with no customer service support. Just terrible, avoid at all costs.
