Honesty is what I was looking for. I had 4 companies come out before Sun Devil. Each experience with the “other guys” left me feeling unheard and like my questions or input annoyed them. Gerardo is The Man!!! He came out next day, we walked through every room and talked about the little details. He was straight up with me and honestly out did these “other guys” in all facets. Customer service, knowledge, speedy service, and most of all price. After we agreed on everything I could call or text with any questions and he was right there to let me know what when and where.
I can’t say it enough, these guys are GREAT! I’ve recommended them to anyone I run into that needs HVAC services big or small.

They answered the phone quickly on a Saturday, got someone very professional (Steve) on site the next business day, explained the differences in quoted systems, and gave me a same-week timeframe for installation.On the day-of installation, they had said 6:30 am. I figured that was the start of a window and I'd be waiting around, but Denny rang my doorbell at 6:29!They worked quickly and got done faster than I expected. They walked me through what they did, pointed out where someone would be coming back to patch a tiny spot in the drywall, and we were able to sleep in the house that night.I recommend this company very highly and they will be my first call for anything going forward.

Comfort Experts did an excellent job for us. Ryan was the only AC salesperson able to solve our air filtration issue caused by the original home builder. Nick Is the technician who came out to service our A/C unit which was not working.It was 118 out and Nick was at my house same day and had my system up and running within a few hours.He found a leak in the system that 2 other companys could not find.They were charging for refrigerant without actually fixing the core issue.Its not easy finding a good company with highly expirienced techs at an affordable price.Arizona Pro Service is definately highly recommended.

I had a bad installation on my ac, so it was rather upsetting that after 5 yrs my ac had a broken coil. Joshua diagnosed it and bandaid fixed it, until we can get the replacement part and fix it right. I am delighted that he came out within a half of an hour of calling him. I know he is going to do the job correctly and make sure we don't have to suffer while waiting for a part.

Layton came out to the house and fixed an issue that we’ve been having since we purchased the home. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue right away, and had it fixed in a very short amount of time.
