Best Ventilation System in Phoenix AZ

I have been a customer of Expert HVAC Services for 10 years. I initially found out about Gabriel, the owner of Expert HVAC Services, when my 90 year old mother saw his advertisement in the Penny Saver and called him for maintenance of her 20 year old AC/heating unit. Needless to say, in the process of maintaining the unit, Gabriel found parts that needed to be replaced, including filters. For a unit that old, he had difficulty finding parts but be made sure that he continued looking until he found them and even had custom filters made. He knew that my mother, on a fixed income at 90 years of age, could not afford a new unit. It was then that I decided that I would also hire Expert HVAC Services to install a new AC/Heating unit at my home and, in the process, eventually my neighbor down the street also hired him as did her daughter. We all have been very pleased with their service, dependency, politeness of the employees and the promptness to handle any issues. I, therefore, highly recommend Expert HVAC Services!

Now you can stop looking! This company is the BEST!! After asking for a new a.c. unit from 4 other companies, none of them could match or come NEAR the price for a 5 ton unit. Sun Devil was quick, efficient, and courteous! Don't bother to call anyone else.

Miles diagnosed a problem with our HVAC unit and had the knowledge and experience of his trade to to educate us on what was going on. He was very professional and took a lot of time with us. Didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need.

Perfect amount of communication from initial customer service person, scheduler, and Tomas, our service tech. Also, very quick availability even though we weren't experiencing an emergency. Tomas was great, he explained what he was seeing in the moment, and was very fair in terms of pricing when he didn't find anything worth a major repair. We will definitely be using Day & Night for all of our service needs in the future.Update: Have had Day & Night out a handful of times now, and what I said after the first time ^ has been consistent every time they're here. Junior was great on this visit!

This is a fantastic company to work with if you need HVAC services. I had a problem with a thermostat that needed repair. Rexx and Larvell, both of my technicians, performed a comprehensive assessment of my unit and provided me with a good understanding of how it was working. I admired how detailed they were both. After 3 weeks of getting quotes from 5 vendors we had Daniel from Preferred Air show up. Daniel was polite and asked the right questions while listening to our issues. He recommend several options and proactively tested our existing system. We ended going with Preferred Air due to Daniels skill set, honesty and professionalism. Purchased the Bosch 2.0 system which is their new variable speed unit. The price was fair, but the installation by Craig and Fernando was spectacular. Quick, on-time, polite and cleaned up afterward. They took the time, to explain the system and install. Daniel stopped by the next week to check the unit and answer any questions. This is long, and I don’t usually leave feedback. I highly recommend this company.

I called Comfort Experts and they came to my house in less than an hour, when my AC was broken. Of course it was over 100 degrees outside. Ryan came to my house, and had my AC working within three hours of when it was broken. I was very surprised at how reasonable the service costs too!!!! This was an outstanding experience. Eric has done all of my air conditioning repairs and new installations on my own home and also 4 rentals for the last ten years or more. He always knows exactly what he is doing and always charges a reasonable price. I don't have a single bad thing to say about the guy. Nick was my technician he was very quick to respond to my service call , He ended up replacing my compressor to my AC Unit, all in the same day . I called two other companies to come out and give me an estimate on the same issue and Arizona pro service came out to be cheaper than the other two companies and they gave me a quicker turnaround time on replacement as well . I recommended this company to four other friends and family members and they took very good care of all their AC problems this summer, they all called me back to talk to me on how great this AC company was on their pricing and how quickly they got their AC working .We all are happy with this companies work performance & how quick they responded . I was initially disappointed with the post-installation support I received from Larson. They had done a fantastic job of helping me pick out a new AC unit and then installing it. However, the installation caused a very disruptive strobe light reflection to go through a significant portion of my home. Luckily, Jamie was relentless in helping me find a solution for this problem and I truly thank the Larson team for their creativity and dedication to helping me resolve my issue. Thank you!
