Best Toilet Repair in Phoenix AZ

Family of 6 in our home, our AC went out and needed a whole new unit! APES gave an estimate, ordered the unit, confirmed the delivery date and set up a date to come and install. After 3 weeks without an AC they delivered and installed as promised. Elijah and his crew were at our house by 7am and truly made my day! In Az you cannot be without an AC especially a family of 6. My kiddos all 6 text me telling me “OUR AC WORKS”

Jimmy is awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful. The quotes are a little more pricey than others but I feel like they are representative of the quality of work and service that you get. Recommend for those that are more concerned with the highend service than the dollar value. They also offer financing option, to help mitigate up front cost.

The guy Robert that did my work he was amazing.
He was fast, reliable, reasonable, cleaned up after himself he had a great personality friendly demeanor about him. I would recommend him to all my friends you need a trustworthy plumber give him a call.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I originally decided to not leave a review as it would be negative. Because Goettl could not repair my AC, I was to get a full refund (less the service fee). For 3 weeks, I have been told my refund has been processed. I finally had to place a dispute with my credit card company. Being lied to and taken advantage of has really upset me and I do not want others to have this happen.

3 weeks ago, I contacted Goettl as my AZ blower motor stopped working. I have a 4.5 year old unit. The operators were pleasant and was able to get me an appointment the next day which was on a Saturday. The tech showed up and determined it was the blower motor. He then proceeded to tell me all the things wrong with the unit and all that needs to be done. As a property manager of 20 years, managing thousands of units, I knew this was all a sales pitch and all that was needed was a motor (which is still under warranty by the manufacturer. I agreed to have them repair the blower motor to get me up and running.

Before collecting my payment, the major sales pitch started. I was told I should get just get a whole new unit and ductwork (again, AC and ductwork is all brand new 4.5 years ago) and they could get me on a monthly payment plan for a whopping $12,000.00!! He then said my unit was so dirty, it would have to be fully chemically cleaned should I decide to keep it. Again, as a property manager I know the importance of home maintenance and I have maintained and cleaned the coils on an annual basis. He took my credit card payment of nearly $1600 up front so they could order and install the motor once received.

I agreed again, to just have the motor put in as it was supposed to be warm and needed my AC running.

Monday, I received a call from someone from the office stating they would not be able to get my unit up and running until the MIDDLE OF DECEMBER!! There was a shortage of variable speed motors, and they just could not do anything else- but again, they could fully replace the unit. The other option was for them to place a temporary blower fan in my unit for ANOTHER $1600! I said this was unacceptable and to refund my money less the service call, to which I agreed.

The next day, I contacted another AC Service Company (A&C Services by Able), a licensed, bonded, insured company with the owner having 30 plus years AC experience. Within less than 48 hours, they were able to retrieve the new motor (paid for under warranty, by the way), get to my house, and install. My unit was up and running with an OEM motor, covered by warranty, within 48 hours, all for $260!!

Goettl charged my $1600 and was telling me it would be 2 month until they could repair. But again, they could sell me an entire new unit!

I contacted Goettl 4 (four) times asking about my refund. For 3 weeks, I was told it was in process. As of date- I have no refund and was forced to place a dispute with my credit card company.

I had high hopes for Goettl but was sorely disappointed. Again, I was not going to leave a negative review although their pricing is out of line and certainly, they take advantage of people. Shame on you, Goettl. You need to do better!

Who'd like to bet now this review was written, I will get a call back regarding my refund!?

The person that did the inspection was outstanding, I didn’t want him to leave. The sales rep was very good also, made options easy to understand without any pressure, and was great to talk with. The installers were were very well training and did the best Job I have had anybody do in my house! Really outstanding work, and super great people…seriously, your company is the best, I am glad you guys are here. Keep doing what you doing, it’s working, thank you, thank you~*.

Our AC went out on a Friday evening in Phoenix in July and they were quick to come out Saturday morning. The unit was old and needed to be replaced, using a crane, and they replaced it by Thursday. The guys were professional and courteous. AC works great. They are also prompt and courteous when they come out to do regular maintenance. Definitely recommend Lincoln Air.

We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.
