Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Anthony's Plumbing was recommended to me by the previous family owned plumbing company that serviced our home when we lived in the east valley. We relocated to the west valley, but unfortunately they don't service this far west. I was very nervous changing plumbers/plumbing company.
It ended up being the best recommendation. I had the great opportunity to have Erick Munoz as our plumber. He installed a water treatment system and RO system in our home.
His knowledge and professionalism is top notch.

We had a major problem with our septic system just two weeks after moving into the house we recently purchased and are so thankful we found Ed and his crew. We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

They presented a lower charge over the phone which made my decision to go with them. And once they arrived at the property the driver/operator tried to convince me several times that our septic tank is larger than it is in order to attempt to charge us more. The service provided was rushed, incomplete, rude and unprofessional. Even though I have proof with previous service receipts from 3 different Septic Pumping Companies reflecting the size of our tank this Co. did not want even consider that information but instead eyeballed the size of the tank and charged and processed the order accordingly. What's more unbelievable and another example of extremely poor customer service the driver advised me that next time we need a septic pumping service that we should contact another Septic Pumping Company vs them. Will not recommend them to anyone but rather go out of my way to advise my neighbors not to use this Company.

I would not recommend these guys for any work at all. So I have a clogged main drain call them out here. Gentleman shows up and says he clears the leak
been here less then 30 minutes and its a $300.00 charge which would have been totally fine if it solved my problem. Few days later I smell raw sewage walk
around house see that the caps were not put back on the risers after he cleared the leak so I'm not sure how long I was backing up again. Call the company back
they say if i want someone back out they are going to charge me again for the same problem I had them out in the first place for. We get in an argument then the
Manager calls back we go back and forth a little bit then he says that he is going to get someone back out here to see if we can fix the problem. Now its been 30 hours
since the call back and I have yet to hear anything. Just handed this company $300 bucks for nothing. Run from the hills from these guys!!!!

Reddi Services is an awesome plumbing company!! I had a situation arise on a Sunday morning with a copper fitting that broke loose which was feeding my outside irrigation system. It was an emergency because I had to shut off my main water supply to the entire house because of the location of the copper fitting. I called several plumbing companies and was provided quotes that ranged from $300 - $425 just to re-sweat a copper fitting. Benjamin Aguilar from Reddi Services showed up at my home within 1 hr. of me contacting Reddi Services and repaired the copper fitting for only $80.00!! Reddi Services will be my go-to all around service company moving forward. Benjamin was very friendly and very honest. It is difficult to find an honest service company who does not price gouge it's customers. Kudos to Reddi Services and Benjamin Aguilar for providing excellent customer service!

We called Clint today at 10:30 am, and he was on the job by 2 pm. On a SATURDAY. Simply amazing. We opened our brand new dog grooming salon this week and the drains started backing up and water was everywhere. I can't even put into words how grateful we are that Clint was able to come out so promptly, and that he was so efficient and knowledgeable, and on top of it all, extremely fairly priced. He was friendly, accommodating, honest, and trustworthy. We are so grateful to have found him and his company. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

We had our septic tank pumped this week. From the beginning phone call (quote and scheduling) to the end(pumping) the experience was professional, timely and overall excellent! We elected to have risers and caps installed as our tank lids were 3 feet deep. They’re pumping service fee is priced very well. Naturally, if you want them to install risers and/or they have to dig, there is additional cost to that. I’d highly recommend Septic Medic

Patrick consistently does a superb job with anything we throw at him - whether it's a commercial water heater, water hammer, clogged dirty line, new faucet, etc, etc. Very personable and likeable - he's a terrific representative for Valleywide Plumbing!

I called on a Saturday morning and frank called to get more information and give an eta and idea of pricing for my sink that wouldn't drain within a few hours. He was polite, communicative and even put up with my guard dog chihuahua mutt. He talked me through the assessment and options in a way I could understand and solved the problem in the now with options for the best long term solutions . Great service!

Man I’d give 6 stars if I could. Where to begin! At first their quote was a little steep understandably as my leak fix was tricky. I was between them and someone else but their office staff called me worked out a deal I couldn’t refuse. Fernando took his time and was as professional and accurate as they come. He even let me watch the process and answered any questions I had. They are lucky to have Fernando, I’ll definitely be coming back because of him when I have another plumbing problem!

Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
