Best Toilet Repair in Phoenix AZ

We have had Gabe come out and do jobs at our house twice now and he has always been professional and done amazing work for us. The first job was the wonky electrical wiring in our hallway, which he figured out!

Our hot water heater went out yesterday morning and he showed up with very little advance warning, assessed the situation, removed the broken one, then went and got a new one and replaced it, all in the same visit. We have no complaints whatsoever about Gabe's work or this company.

Mike Burton and Mike Fetters replaced a coil in my attic last night. They were polite and did a great job explaining the work needed and cleaning up after themselves. Mike Burton stands out in my head as a very honest employee that I want returning to my home regularly. He is honest and trustworthy. I am very impressed with the service I receive from George Brazil and have told many neighbors about the 12 year warranty on my York a/c Heat Pump unit and excellent service I have received since the 2012 installation. I am 100% happy with the service and glad to have such great people doing the work on my home!

Within hours if my first call, Penguin sent a technician out to look into our requests. Jimmy (technician) was incredibly professional, nice and respectful to the times we are living in right now (Covid) as he wore gloves and a mask while working. At the end I was given honest feedback with pictures of what had been completed. Penguin definitely met my high bar of customer service and Jimmy in particular went above and beyond! Good experience!

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.
