When our water heater had finally kicked the bucket we called a nation corporate company to aid with a diagnosis and repair. Long story short they were not able to correct the issues found and left my family without hot water.

We contacted Gabe with One Shot Installation the same day and he was able to assist us immediately. He was at our home the next morning; on time and eager to find a solution to our problem. Gabe was able to identify that our water heater was experiencing a wiring issue with mixed copper and aluminum wires. He was able to correct the issue with a dual rated connector and used an antioxidant cream to ensure that the surface of the aluminum did not lose its conductivity during the pig tailing of the aluminum wire to the copper wire.

Within an hour we had hot water again! Gabe stuck around to be sure that the water heater was producing hot water and stayed hot.

Over all this is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. Gabe was professional, Adept in his trades, informative, respectful, and kind. If you are looking for electrical, plumbing or appliance inhalations and/or repairs One Shot Installation is an excellent option. As always support local businesses!

Estimate was mid range, but the service, knowledge and work ethic of Alec was well worth it. He explained every detail and answered all of my questions. Over the past 4 years our businesses have paid over 25,000 - 30,000 in services and repairs to Penguin Air and up until this point I have always recommended them and rated them highly on here. We agreed to do their preventative maintenance that they kept pushing on us at each visit. What they didn't say is that you are required to schedule the appointment in order for the work to get done. And regardless if they do it, they will still charge you! I noticed our credit card was charged the other day yet there is no record of any work being done. It is basically just a way for them to get money from you and retain business. I do not recommend this mainteance option and I would suggest only calling them when something is wrong or actually needs to be done. They will charge your card without doing the work if you are on this plan and they will blame it on you if it doesn't happen by saying you have to schedule it. Well if I haven't scheduled it why are you charging me? So I called to scheduled it and the guy told me he could get someone out to get our ACs ready for the summer. I said Ok when can you get someone out. His responses August 31-September 1st. I remind you this is to get the unit ready for summer. What a joke! Also other appointments take priority over the preventative maintenance too. So long story short, stay away from agreeing to do this because it won't happen if you don't schedule it but they will still charge you for it! Only call when you have an emergency because maybe then you will be a priority regardless of how much money you spend!

I have had this company do complete remodels on my kitchen and two bathrooms. They did a fabulous job and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were meticulous and paid attention to every detail. My master bathroom was taken down to the studs and completely redone. They had great suggestions and ideas but weren't pushy. I have also had them do minor work like replacing my kitchen faucet and disposal. I have never had any problems with this company... I checked them out on Angie's list and they looked like the best service around Phoenix.

I have also had them out to my employer's medical office several times. Always on time, did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. They have repaired cabinets and counters, hung our flat screen TV's in the lobby and worked with our management company (who can be very picky). Their prices were fair and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
