Jeremy is great! I needed a shower valve replaced so I called in the morning and was scheduled for same day service. The job of getting the old valve out was challenging, but he resolved the issue and replaced the valve. He showed up on time and was courteous. The price I paid was very fair for the work performed. If I have any future plumbing needs I’m calling Hays.

Troy Schumacher was great. I called at 6:00 and Troy showed up at 8:15. He was great to work with and made quick work out of our issue. He gave us some good advice on preventative maintenance and was very professional. Would definitely have Troy out again.

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Had a quality tech named Grayson come out and fix my AC. Gave me three different options I could choose from to fix my AC and was very detailed with the pros and cons of each option. Walked me through exactly what he was doing and took a video after explaining what was replaced and why. Definitely will be requesting his service again in the future

I just moved into our new home and found that our master bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the home. I needed an extra vent in that room and they did the job within a week at a great price. The room is now comfortable and the same temp as the rest of the house.

Excellent response time and outstanding customer service. We have used them several times and each experience has been great! Our home is on the market and our thermostat went out. Yes this is a fairly easy fix but when you're working around multiple schedules and the first 100 degree day it's great to know you can count on them to get you back up and running and at very fair prices!

We needed some maintenance plumbing work done at my parents’ house and Andy was a true professional. We gave him a list of everything we thought we needed done and Andy made some great recommendations. He wrote up the estimate and laid it out so we choose what to have done. I really appreciated the no pressure approach. I had my brand new air conditioner go out and King Mechanical. Came out with in 4 hours and found the problem. A roof rat had eaten thru the wiring. King Mechanical found the traces of a rat. They repaired the chewed up wires, and i bought a trap. End of problem. Thank you so much Francisco and guys for acting so fast on this.
