Brandon was on call on Sunday and he came and provided us feedback on what we needed. He was very professional and explained what we needed to do to replace the part on our a/c. He followed up the next day and has been in contact with us regarding our next steps. I would recommend Brandon and Hay’s to anyone who doesn’t want to overpay and honest, quick service!Update: Justin came out and installed our blower and again another great technician who took time to thoroughly explain and actually write down step by step what he did on the invoice. Who actually takes time to be that thorough anymore? Thanks so much Justin; our air blows cold again!

Wish there was an option for 0 stars. Horrible customer service. We had our air ducts cleaned and they made a disaster out of our house. There was debris everywhere, I mean everywhere. I've called three days in a row to speak with a manager and no one has returned my call. Don't ever use this company unless you want a mess and the worst customer service I have every experienced.UPDATE: Spoke to manager, Tonya, on Friday. She said someone would call me on Tuesday to schedule a reservice. Tuesday came and went with no phone call. Today, I called and left a message for Tonya with no call back. At this point I just want my money back and will use a company that upholds their values to quality customer service because this company DOES NOT.

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. This company is great. I'm a local realtor and have been through many different ac companies in the past. Up until now, I have not found one that I would use again. 99% of all my deals (purchasing or listing) need some sort of HVAC service. Cactus was able to schedule a repair with the current owner within the inspection period. Both parties were happy and the deal was not delayed. We were able to close on time with no hiccups. The worker that arrived Zachary Nyquist was professional and very helpful. He cleaned out the heating unit very well and I don't think it had ever been cleaned at all and we are ther original owners! He showed me before and after pictures and we did a preventitive maintenance repair. I would recommend this company.

Our ac went out at my personal home and Frank was quick to respond. We literally had a new ac installed the next morning. Then a few days later my business ac went down and Frank assessed it quickly. great well organized team here and I am looking forward to working with them in the future.
