Abel was our service tech and he was great. Didn’t try to upswell us on anything yet he was very thorough and professional. Would use them again. And the 80.00 drain service call was really 80.00.

Had our AC breakdown on Sunday evening, called 10 companies and no one could lend us a hand. We had a little one at home and the thought of finding a last minute hotel right before bed time sounded terrifying.

First heating and air contractor I have used in Az. Ryan came out same day I called about getting a quote. He was very friendly and straightforward. He gave me the best quote of all four quotes I got. And he was no pressure and no upsell tactics. Ryan and his guys showed up at my house right on time , if not early and got whole job done quickly and efficiently. Thay did exactly everything he said he would and put everything back together well and cleaned up nicely. He even had a guy that came about an hour and hauled away the old unit and components ,etc. Ryan’s installers were friendly and very professional. Ryan came back at the end and checked everything out also. I will use Comfort Experts from now on only. I only wish they did plumbing too so I could call them for that. These are

These guys have the most amazing customer service! We've used these guys for a few year now, and whenever we have had an urgent matter, they would get out the next day to check the problem out. I just got new counter tops and Tim Simmons was out to put in the new faucet, hook up the RO system, and garbage disposal.As always, Tim did a fantastic job. Eric has done all of my air conditioning repairs and new installations on my own home and also 4 rentals for the last ten years or more. He always knows exactly what he is doing and always charges a reasonable price. I don't have a single bad thing to say about the guy. You'd be well served in hiring this firm to handle your hvac needs! Ulisses is very thorough, competent, patient, and above all honest. I found this firm via Facebook, and am in the process of collecting bids to changeout a 4 ton split heatpump. My installation presents couple of unique challenges, and Ulisses has been very wise in layout and addressing options. I've seen his work and it is excellent! Very refreshing to see in a world served by mostly corner cutting, overpriced hacks. His changeouts re-use what's practical, but replace everthing that is otherwise tired. His pricing is among the best you'll find too! Also look at his bid sheet! He delivers much more for your $ in his changeouts than most. You'd pay well over double for comparable services performed by the big bow tie corporate van guys!

When our washing machine stopped working a few days before vacation, we immediately contacted Appliance Repair Bros. They were able to set an appointment for later that day, diagnose the issue and fix it within an hour. They were on time, did a quality job, were professional and charged us a fair price. We have used them other times with the same positive experience. We will continue to use and recommend the Appliance Repair Bros.

Fixed my AC issue, but was way overcharged. Was charged around $600 for a job that should have been around $150-$400 tops. Beware.

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.
