Scott Roofing was wonderful to work with and I was surprised when their estimate was about $500 lower than a previous unlicensed roofer. Everything was clearly explained and was very easy for me as I was out of town when some decisions had to be made.

Spent $25000 to have the roof redone. We have more leaks now than before. New storm, new leak! Fixing the leak a week after you call, is the only consolation.

Had a small repair job recently following damage from a fallen tree branch. The job was done perfectly. Looks like new! KY-KO also did all roof work at my home 5 or 6 years ago. I was also very happy with their work at that time. I give them high marks for the work that was done and for their excellent customer service.

I chose this company because of their good reviews. The guys that came to the house and did the work were professional and effecient. There was damage done to the interior of my house. I contacted the company regarding the issues. They stated they were not responsible for the damage. I was dissastified with their lack of concern regarding the issue.

Phoenix Roofing replaced my 23 year old roof following a roof leak that resulted in some damage to the interior of my home. Brandon Brawley, a managing partner of the company has been great to work with and responsive to my concerns and requests. As is often the case, the work did not come without challenges, but Brandon has always taken my calls and worked with me to resolve the issues that have related to the repairs. Most of the issues had nothing to do with the quality of the work performed and I am confident in recommending Phoenix Roofing to friends and neighbors for the attention they gave the project and for Brandon's extra efforts to communicate with me. Having met with several roofing companies prior to hiring Phoenix Roofing I believe they charged me a fair price and the crew that did the work was professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company and am satisfied with how I was treated as a customer!

They blocked my driveway with there trailer for a week. There was a rain delay on there ability to roof so they left there trailer in my driveway for 5 days, moving it on the 5th day. I had a vehical parked on the side of there trailer because I could not access my driveway. While they were roofing they damaged that vehicals paint. Then they blamed it on the weather and will not take responsibility. In addition the rain rails/flashing they removed were bent from the removal process and they refused them. It looks terrible and it will probably leak. I do not recommend this company.

In response to the comment below: If you are the owner or one of them, I suggest you speak with James. He is aware of the issues I have had and he said he spoke with the owner and the owner was not interested in the damage to my vehicle. And if you are the owner I suggest you contact me and I will show you the security footage of shingles hitting my vehical. I will also so you the securaty footage of me singing the check. Vertex roofing (Phoenix) did the metal roof installation for our home. The representative drove down to Tucson and patiently detailed the complete process for the metal roof installation and why it would be our last. Due to COVID and a custom color choice for the metal, our wait time to start the project was several months. However once the crew arrived the process went quickly and the team was extremely efficient, professional and courteous throughout the timespan needed to remove the existing mission tile and custom fit the new metal roof. I highly recommend Vertex.

Wow! What can I say? A free roof from insurance?! Neil Burnett was my project manager and did a spectacular job. The whole time I was worried that I was going to be hit with a huge bill, but at the end of the job, all I owed the young man was my deductible. Still can't believe how smooth and professional this process was. My wife and I will be recommending this company to family and friends.

I like the people and work ethic of Capstone. Bill responds to my needs and that is good. I believe that I will be using them for the roof of my home for as long as I own the house. The roof quality will be passed onto another and I am confident the quality will continue.

Happy Anniversary to Starkweather Roofing! 20 years ago today on 3/7/1997, we were awarded our first job - an asphalt built-up roof on a Boston Market located at the southwest corner of S. Alma School Rd. and W. Main St. in Mesa, AZ. It's now a Burger King, but that roof is still on the building keeping the inside dry... so they can enjoy the rain.

The best ever. Had a leak that was from the gable vent so I sent a text to Augusto at 8:25 PM and he responded at 8:30 PM.
They were at my home the next day by 9:00 AM the next day after driving 80 miles for them and repaired vent.
Very good company to work with. The Best.
